CB Services Group Recensioni

We recently had a new boiler installed by John, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. John was punctual, polite, and extremely knowledgeable about the system he was installing. He took the time to explain the process clearly and answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism.

The installation was completed on time and with great attention to detail. John ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving, and he even gave us helpful tips on maintaining the boiler for long-term efficiency. The workspace was left spotless, which we really appreciated.

If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and friendly heating engineer, I can’t recommend John highly enough. His work ethic and commitment to quality truly set him apart.

Fast, efficient service from the very first call to the check in to make sure we were happy after the installation. Very friendly staff, very reasonable price. Recommended!

Came out on the Wednesday to give quote . Very reasonable price, paid deposit on the Thursday boiler fixed on the Monday. Friendly staff and very helpful with questions I had . Thank you for quick insulation and removal of old back boiler and water tank

From the moment I contacted CB Plumbing I was treated with respect and care. I needed a new boiler following an inspection and they came out to see me within 24 hours and would have fitted my boiler within a couple of days but I was going on holiday. We arranged for boiler to be fitted upon my return. The two lads Nathan and Stewart were so friendly and helpful. So kind.
Called me following day to check all was well.
Extremely happy with the service I've received and would recommend this company with confidence.

Very good can't complain done a wonderful job better than I thought no mess no worries done and dusted. Thanks Alec.

I messaged CB plumbing on Saturday about needing a new boiler at our new house. There owner came round to the house the same day, went through everything and agreed a price that I was happy with. They supplied and installed our new boiler and also plugged and leak and at our new house, all while I was on holiday- only 3 days after contacting them. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Best customer service I have received.

We had an unexpected disaster when our boiler was deemed beyond economical repair afew weeks ago. I had several companies visit to provide quotes for a replacement boiler with hive and CB services gave us the most competitive quote and included a five year service plan. We had the quote on the Wednesday and our new boiler was fitted by Friday afternoon. The engineers were professional and tidy. The man on the phone (I can’t remember his name) was especially helpful in getting our boiler fitted urgently as we have a newborn baby in the house. Would recommend this company to all!

We are very grateful to CB Services Group for the installation of our new Viessman boiler. The installation was professionally done the guys arrived on time and completed the job before the end of the day. What they quoted for was done as per agreement and at a very competitive price. Really pleased with the whole approach and great service of CB Services Group.
From the start they offered knowledgeable and informed advice (Darren) which convinced us to use them to fit our new boiler.
The actual fitting, a couple of days later was completed by Craig in a very efficient and professional way. All very impressive.
Prices are competitive and we think the quality of workmanship and the boiler are very good.
Martin runs a tight ship and the process of payment was very efficient.
We feel the company is very professional and supportive.

Excellent service. We were kept informed by Martin throughout the process. The engineer came on time and completed an efficient and tidy installation. I am very pleased with the result and would highly recommend their services.

As a landlord, the inclusion of free services for 5 years and safety checks for 3, made this a competitive package. Prompt attention to finalise the job and getting a new boiler up and running ASAP were much appreciated. The install went very efficiently taking only half a day and we were more than happy with the new boiler.
