Im just sad I wasnt with them from the beginnings...

They accept my start with another company (the other company was rubish). Then I met with Craig Staff, Called they office accept my studies, joined to them and made a successfull exam.
Absolute I cant say anything they are the best just recomend for everybody!

Couldn’t recommend this company enough, totally amazing bunch of people with extensive knowledge of getting you through your driving test! All instructors put you at ease straight away and talk to you like they’ve known you for years. If you’re going to take your HGV lessons/test make sure you go through these guys. Thanks again guys was a pleasure meeting you all and thanks for getting me through my class 2 FIRST TIME 😊

The Craig Baker Driving Instructor team didn't just teach me how to drive a HGV to a high standard, they showed me how to enjoy the journey in one, 5 stars.

I couldn't recommend Craig Baker HGV training highly enough. The process from start to finish was made so easy from Kerry and Craig in the office, arranging medical, theory test and arranging training times and test dates to fit around your current Job.

All the trainers are professional and knowledgeable in teaching you how to drive the HGV with step by step instructions, and putting you at ease. They then pick up on all your errors you may make ready for you test.

All the trainers Lee, Shaun, Dan, Dave, Kyle, Paul and Charlotte all top trainers and generally nice people.

You wouldn't go wrong by doing training with this excellent company.

Without a doubt don’t think I would’ve passed if it wasn’t for this company and the people working there. I passed first time but I had 0 confidence in myself but thanks to Charlotte, Wayne, Paul and lee I passed. Absolutely amazing! Thank you so much!

Ok so I joined Craig baker through the government bootcamp scheme through a 3rd party. Initially had some doubts about my own ability for the reversing but Wayne who was teaching the 3A excercise was top class really pleasent and friendly demeanor enstilled me with the confidence to pass my 3A after only being under instruction for a total of 3 hours training, so moved onto my on road driving training and Paul as he said wouldn't teach me "to suck eggs" he understood my background and gave me the constructive criticism I needed to improve upon my experience, even offering real world job insights which I have to say we're invaluable and I will carry forward in my career as class 1 but I took what he told me forward into my subsequent lesson with him and passed first time and I can't thank these 2 guys enough for helping me unlock my potential despite my inner fears

Having gained my Class 1 licence a little while ago, I wanted some extra help and practice with reversing technique, and some tacho use specifically to help build self confidence - so I signed up for the HGV 'Pass Plus' session (and a gloriously sunny Saturday in June).

Enter Paul, one of the instructors at Craig Baker! Genius - he shared his knowledge freely; demonstrated 'how to' technique; coached in a calm but positive manner; shared a few tricks of the trade and generally helped my understanding of what was going on; while helping me develop my skills and generally boost my self-confidence with his input. I cannot thank you enough Paul - straightforward, no nonsense GENIUS!!

I highly recommend the Craig Baker HGV 'Pass Plus' programme to anyone, who needs a little extra help and input.

I’d had 4 driving instructors before Craig, I could never build any confidence and had major anxiety with driving. That all changed after booking an intensive course with Craig. He made me feel so relaxed and confident! The way he explained things made them seem so easy even the things I’d been struggling with in the past (reversing two car lengths). Very patient and reassuring which was really important for me! 100% recommend to anyone especially those anxious about driving.

I used Craig Baker to first pass my driving test. He was fantastic from start to finish, so good that I passed first time. I've recommended him countless times since.

A few years later I was looking to get my Class 1 licence and I again reached out to Craig and his team. Kerry was great with getting me booked in and all of the paperwork filled in. I was in and learning in a matter of weeks. Again, I passed first time.

I'm now looking for further qualifications and I would never go anywhere else. Looking for any form of driver training, use Craig Baker Driver Training. They're the best!

Really great experience learning to drive a HGV. A well thought out process of how to adapt to driving something so big step by step, a good mix of guys with caring approaches to teaching n good you go out with each one to see the subtle difference in handling a HGV Throughout the course every little thing I did was commented on helping me to learn as I was going through positive reinforcement.

I passed my c+e and initial driver cpc with Craig Baker in October 2022 and found their method of training to be very intuitive made the whole experience feel a breeze. I enjoyed every minute of my training and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to get into acquiring their HGV license, these guys are brilliant and will help you build your confidence and get you on the road.

I did my C+E licence with this company and they were great. I had a variety of instructors, all of whom were very professional and each gave me separate pieces of advice and tips to which I still use and think of on the daily nearly 10 months on. Very Good Prices great and highly skilled instructors done car to to C+E fast on first time. This could not be done with out Lee and Andreas as i spent most of my lessons with them both great and highly skilled well recommended for any even cars or bikes not just lorry.

There's a reason these guys have a five star rating on their profile and it's because they truly deserve it.

The only reason I chose to come to Craig Baker was due to their reviews both on here and on Google. other companies were an option but the reviews on here blew all the other schools clean out of the water.

Craig bakers pricing is very competitive but still the cheapest I found by a clean mile.

At first due to the package I chose I thought it would reflect in the actual training but I was wrong in so many levels.

The fleet of vehicles are all in tip top clean condition and all relatively modern.

Nothing is to much for the guys and girls at Craig Baker from the driving instructors down to the admin staff they all are a true credit to the world of training, especially Kerry for having to put up with my constant telephone calls and emails regarding silly little questions I could have found the answers to on Google.

Dean has a very good and patient approach to how he teaches and trains pupils. if the penny doesnt drop first time he will persevere until it does and you never feel under pressure or silly.

Another credit to the school is Dan thank you again for having the faith, belief and the guidance to get a very nervous me through my reverse exercise the way you taught me was perfect.

I could sing the praises for a lifetime but honestly try them for yourself you won't be dissapointed....

Friendly and patient instructors! I was not easy work for them, jumping straight to C1, but can say they done a great job with me! Top class driving school, From own experience I would recommend anytime!
