Ordered a hat in June 2026. As of Aug 20, 2026 no hat has been delivered. Emails are unreturned and no refund has been processed. I'll never order another product off of Instagram again.
This company is 100% fraudulent! I ordered 4 hats from them. 8 weeks later I received a notice that they had been delivered, only they weren't! I was given a bar code and international tracking number which per the post office were fake. I was then given a USPS tracking number which did land somewhere within my zip code but not at my address. Further, the contents of that package were 2.53ounces! There's not a world where 4 hats weigh under 3 ounces. Upon researching I found that it is common for scammers to send a piece of trash to a random address within your zip code just to produce a tracking number showing as delivered to prevent the buyer from doing a chargeback! I have disputed the charge and hopefully soon this nightmare will end! BUYER BEWARE!
Found this product on social media (first mistake). Ordered in early April. Got it in mid June. (After reaching out 2 times when it didn't come.
When I finally received it. It was smaller than expected and the writing on it was backwards. When I asked for a refund (I think I paid maybe $34. They offered to send me $4. DO NOT buy from this company.
