First Timer

Another call to verify I received the shipment, right after I picked up! This customer service is what will make me a repeat and loyal customer. This is the lost art of the retail experience. All the products were great and the wife loved her first caviar experience...and I loved the smoked salmon.

The packaging were really safe and secured!! It was delivered into my house in the morning and i had work till night and so i havent had the time to open it when i came homeit is still cold!!! It is really nice and also chea prices but excellent quality will be ordering again!

Great Product! I live in a smaller city in south western Ontario but delivery was prompt. Was hoping for a tin like in all the ads, but it came in a glass jar...less appealing. Will order from them again!

Just to clarify on the packaging: all of our 28g formats are packed in glass jars, while our 30g, 50g, and 100g formats are typically packed in traditional tins. On occasion, 50g formats may also be packed in jars, depending on availability. That said, if you have a strong preference for a tin, our team is always happy to accommodate whenever possible — simply reach out to us before or after placing your order, and we’ll take care of it.
