If I could give 0 stars I would- PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE. I ordered a few items 2 weeks ago, and they still have not arrived. I've emailed and whatsapped the team but no response - I will definitely raise a case against this company to get my money back. This is a SHAM company- avoid!!!

Half the stuff always turn out to be faulty!
Deceptive online images, misleading!
Make sure you check the item in the packaging before you leave the store!
Once you pay you won’t get refund or even an exchange!

MY FIRST TIME BUYING FROM THEM APPALLING COSTUMERS SERVICE THAT IS NONE EXISTENT ,
INVALID TELEPHONE NUMBER OR A TELEPHONE NUMBER THAT NO ONE ANSWERS .
WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING A BUSINESS IF YOU CAN NOT PROVIDE A CONSISTENT GOOD COSTUMERS SERVICES AND THAT RESPOND PROMPTLY TO COSTUMERS .
ALSO I RECEIVED THE BAMBOO KEFFIYEH SHADOW PINK & DULCE LATTE , IT IS CERTAINLY NO PINK AT ALL LIKE IN THE PHOTO , THE ONE RECEIVED IS MORE A LIGHT TAUPE /BEIGE .
WITH NO PINK , I HAVE SENT IT BACK IMMEDIATELY , I HAD TO PAID FOR THE RETUNED POSTAGE £4.25 VIA ROYAL MAIL . AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME AGAIN FOR POSTAGE , AFTER THAT AWFUL BAD COSTUMERS SERVICES FROM BEGINNING TO END , I DECIDED I DO NOT WANT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT COMPAGNY AGAIN , I WANT MY FULL REFUND . I HAD TO OPEN A CASE VIA PAYPAL . MY ADVICE STAY AWAY FROM CAVE LONDON FASHION .

My experience was very disappointing. Delivery fees were excessive and customs charges were never made clear before payment. I asked to cancel my order immediately after noticing this, but the company ignored my request and left the parcel without my consent.

This lack of transparency feels dishonest and misleading.

The person who served me was very helpful and assisted me while choosing a perfume I ended up purchasing Mayfair Musk which I highly recommend, I’m definitely going to come and purchase from here again.

I often visit this store it’s a lovely hidden gem. The scarf selection is outstanding, and the quality is truly the best I’ve ever come across. The modal and bamboo styles are my absolute must-haves. The fragrances are high quality.

I shop at Cave for my two teenagers, as they assure me they are on trend with both style and faith, which please us all. I highly recommend this amazing shop, online is great and efficient but if you want a real treat, visit in person. Whoever designed it has an excellent eye for quality and detail plus I then realised it also has a range to suit all ages. I’m glad we found this store.

I regularly shop online, and whenever I’m in London I like to pop into the shop Cave, a beautifully designed and aesthetically pleasing gift shop. I usually pick up small gifts for friends and family, and I also treat myself to the Oman Oud fragrance with a matching candle for my home. The staff are always warm and friendly, which makes the experience even better. I highly recommend and make sure to try their fragrance they have a variety of smells!!

I had an amazing experience at Cave London. The customer service was truly excellent—staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The fabrics for the hijabs are absolutely amazing: soft, breathable, and so comfortable to wear. I’m especially in love with their bamboo under caps and bamboo jersey hijabs—they are a game-changer for comfort and style. Cave has honestly become my go-to shop for everything—from hijabs and abayas to thobes for men, scarves, and even perfumes. The quality of their products is always outstanding. Their hijabs are lightweight, breathable, and so easy to style. Everytime I style an abaya with a Cave Hijab I always get showered with compliments and everyone always asks about where I got my hijab from. Same goes for abayas, the quality of the hijabs and abayas are 10/10!

They deceptively uploaded the wrong image to the website for the scarf and still have not refunded me after almost 1 month. I will never order from them again thats for sure.

Bought a thobe from cave spent 50 pound only for the material to be so bad constantly gives me an electric shock once I put the thobe on and take it off, don’t buy thobes from this company. There thobes are a waste of money can find much better ones on the same street for a much cheaper price.

This website is a scam - AVOID. I ordered a product one month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Fake tracking information. No communication whatsoever as to why the product didn’t arrive. Absolutely terrible customer service and unprofessional replies to my queries that didn’t match up to the overall ethos of the company. Save your time and money - there are much better smaller businesses offering a much better experience.
