Placed an order on 2/12/25. Never received order, communication ended, and emails unanswered. Order number no longer valid and website is saying doesn't exist.

They totally didn’t fulfill my order and send me my sweatshirts! I spent $33 on two sweatshirts, thank goodness I paid with PayPal. PayPal refunded me $24 so this company still made about $10 on me, frustrating.

Sent 2 contact emails no response. I too ordered sweatshirt shirt and tshirt for 33.+ dollars, no tracking info no product it's been over a month. Of course they received their money but sounds like NO ONE is getting there orders. How sad 😔

I ordered a hoodie three months ago and I still have not received it. There is no way to contact them. The website comes up as an error.
Do not order anything. This is a scam that takes your money and doesn’t send you your purchase.

I order a sweatshirt and a tshirt and $33.82 later and I still have not got them. I'm so sad, I love the saying it.

Placed an order they took the payment and I never received the order and now it says the shop is closed no way to get my refund or my items

Total Scam. Website is gone no answer to the email and no answer to follow-ups. Should've known when my order number was only four digits long.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Never received order and now site and fake tracking link do not exist and just reads error! I order 3 hoodies and work way too hard for my money.

I ordered hoodies from Cause hoodies on 1/24/2025. Have not received them as of 3/8/2025. Emailed them 3 times and got a tracking #. Tried emailing again and it is now coming back as no email exists. Their website is also gone. They are a scam and are ghosting everyone after they get paid for product that never gets shipped. Not nice. I want a refund.

Shipping time was WAY UNDERESTIMATED!! And the sizes are crazy small!! Trying to request a refund and it is saying link not found😡. I will say the sweatshirt and tshirt are really cute and I am super disappointed they are so snug!

DEFINITELY A SCAM! I ordered my shirt in January and didn’t receive it until March 3. The only thing they got correct was the color. I ordered an XL and received a small. The quote on my shirt was also not the one I chose. They responded in the beginning but now that I’m trying to return the hoodie and get a refund, they’re Silent! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Cause hoodies is a scam. Do NOT purchase from them.

DO NOT USE THESE !!!! I ordered a top on on the 7th of February on the 17th I got an email said it was been shipped out and not received it and we are now on 5th of March...
on the tracking it's saying it in transit but when you go to the website and track it that way it says it ready to be shipped......
I sent them an email by a reply to the email I received and I got a email back saying that the email address didn't exist obviously been scammed luckily it wasn't a lot of money but DO BOT USE THIS SITE

I ordered February 15th it is now march 5th. Still have not received my order.

Made a purchase on 1/28/25 for 3 hoodies… paid in full with Priority Process as of 2/21/25 no tracking #… contacted twice then 2/22/25 recvd tracking # from 17Track from a 4PX ship company… purchase contract said 7-15 business days but as of 3/3/25 it has been over 20 business days.. shipping out of China( said it was USA in the order) but it hasn’t moved since 2/22/25..I THINK I WAS SCAMMED!! Sent 2 emails on 2/24 & 2/26 no response.. everything from Cause Hoodies & Shopify ( they aren’t at fault) says “ Label being created “ with same 4PX tracking #… so I will be contacting BBB & BPCPA ( Business Practices & Consumer Protection Act) about this transaction as well as my bank credit card bc this is unacceptable

We suspected we had been scammed due to how long it took to get our orders. However what we didn't know in advance was they were coming from over seas. But we did finally receive our hoodies and they are great. Had we know where they were coming from, we would have allowed an extended amount of time before assuming..

I ordered two size large sweatshirts for $20 each. One in purple, and one in red. What I got were two read sweatshirts. They took forever to reach me, and they are a cheap polyester material, no cotton in them at all. I was also not impressed that two hours after I ordered them, I got an ad in my feed saying that they were now $10 each. When I emailed the multiple emails that are provided by this company, no one ever responded.

I wanted to give ZERO stars but that wasn’t an option. It took over a month to get to me. I ordered an Xl in Red and XXL in black. Both were supposed to be gifts. They came today both black size Small. Cheaply made and would fit a small child ages 4-6.
It’s unfortunate because they were recommended to me by several people. Not one person has ever called, emailed or even responded back. Do not buy from this company.
