Lovely flowers, great value, great customer service!

Expertly curated bunches and bouquets. Always something a little different. Lovely gifts too. Delivery is always on time. Very spoiled having this as our local florist!

I live in NY and wanted to send gifts for my mother-in-law and sister-in-law in Hampshire. I left it very last minute but the service was excellent. They got a beautiful bouquet out the same day considering the time difference and a lovely Xmas wreath too. Both recipients were very happy with their gifts and I will definitely be using them again in the future

Failed to deliver as per pre-booked date agreed. They were very apologetic and we rescheduled, with the promise to compensate by making the bouquet bigger. Seemed fair to me. However, what arrived was still quite underwhelming in size considering it cost £80 + delivery. Worst element though was my typed foreign language text was then handwritten with spelling errors; just looked ugly and amateurish.

The florist didn’t have time to talk to me on the phone about what bouquet I wanted to order and asked me to go online and choose. I spent £50 and was disappointed with what it got, pretty, but definitely not £50 worth of flowers. I won’t order again.

The credit you promised wasn’t applied and the bunch of flowers delivered were certainly not good value, in fact I would go as far to say they were hugely over priced. That said what was delivered was beautiful.

A wonderful florist - a pleasant experience from browsing on their website, to receiving a beautiful, rare plant in the post in great condition. My mother was very happy!

Previously a 5 star review, flowers lovely but local delivery hiccup which was dealt with well by the team and made right.

Unfortunately not the case this time round.

Ordered flowers for my father for fathers day for delivery on the Saturday before outside of Winchester. Order went through fine but flowers didn't arrive Saturday.

Contacted via email and phone message to store on Sunday expecting to be contacted by someone from the store on Monday morning. No contact made.

Flowers turned up dead on Monday and my father rang the florist to let them know and was left very upset by the attitude and treatment of the person he spoke to. He was told that they don't deliver Saturday and it was my fault, not theirs. Not a great response and doesn't really make sense given that I had requested Saturday delivery when ordering, and why would flowers be dispatched Friday but not delivered till Monday, and they do deliver Saturday as confirmed later over the phone.

I contacted the store but no one was able to deal with me.

Someone finally did contact me, on Tuesday, and apologised for the delivery of dead flowers, obviously the courier made a mistake etc etc, but not for the way my father was treated and spoken to. Then tries to refund me just for the flowers not for the delivery "not sure how that works" and "that's nothing to do with us", had to insist on delivery being refunded which was agreed, and seemed remarkably easy given previous indication that it was somehow complicated, but was a bad experience given previous example and was spoken to very shortly on the phone and did not at all feel comfortable coming out of the interaction that I had been treated reasonably.

It also transpires subsequently that flowers in a previous delivery to my parents died 2 days after delivery and my father contacted them for replacement which was also not a pleasant experience.

Still do beautiful flowers but wouldn't be able to trust them for delivery again and upsetting the recipient of a bunch of flowers over the phone is just not on.

So lucky to have this worldclass florist in Winchester. The blooms and the way they are so artfully arranged are always first class.

My sister was thrilled with the flowers I sent for her 30th wedding anniversary -'stunning' was the word she used. Ordering process was easy too, but it was a shame the card was quite crudely written with basic spelling errors that didn't come from me! Otherwise it would've been five stars.

It is always amazing - it is my go to place for ordering flowers. Wish ppl that gift me use them as well! :)
