Additionally the food packaging manufacturer produces a 6 cavity platter which is ideal for afternoon teas and dips trays for crisps and nibbles and is a one stop shop for all your catering packaging needs! Apart from the food service trays & lids the packaging company also manufacture hinged lid sandwich wedges, cake slice packs and the Caterbox range of cold food salad containers at its Manchester site. I use this business on a regular basis, their buffet trays are great quality and at a very reasonable price. They have also git a large range of microwave tubs and animal tubs for the little ones

I'm trying to understand your issue ? You ordered the wrong platters ? What part was not fulfilled ? You are also saying a lid was damaged in transit? It appears you have ordered wrongly and we have tried to assist & unfortunately, in spite of our best efforts and packaging occasionally products get damaged in transit and this will be replaced if the case. Why you feel this is worthy of a one star review is totally beyond me particularly as I note you have previously given us a 5 star review.

Absolutely amazing company!
First of all their products are affordable and of high quality, secondly I had wanted the size dimensions of a platter box and I received such fast replies with all the details I needed, on top of that they had shown me the smallest size dimensions in advance too! also i had tried to use their first order discount code however it did not send a code to me, so instead i emailed and it was manually given (again with a fast email response!)
Very happy with the product and top tier customer service, I would definitely recommend!!

Unfortunately we had a slight technical issue on the website which was corrected when contacted and you were refunded for the half price box. The missing parcel that was lost by the courier has been shipped back out for you for delivery tomorrow.
