I needed a very specific display freezer, delivered asap. Cater-kwik were exactly that, super quick, but the lady I spoke to and placed the order with was particularly helpful and kind, and this made the experience even easier. The delivery agent used was also very good at keeping in touch, giving me up-to-date delivery times.

I once had the wrong trays now I have no trays.
They sent DPD to take the wrong ones back on 15/05/25

Courtney Lupton was fabulous. She answered all my questions, responded to my enquiries quickly and was generally friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
This is our second Caterkwik washing machine and we are very happy with the product.

I was impressed when I called they knew my name, what I had purchased in the past. All phone contact was very professional and friendly. Nothing seems to much trouble. Caterkwik is good news.

It’s very very rare I leave a negative or 1 star review, in fact this is my first. Unless you are a large commercial business do not order from this company, they are simply not interested in looking after clients that make a one off purchase and will continually fob you off and tell you one thing and do another. While the staff are polite and promise the world, they do not stick to their word, leave customers hanging and in difficult positions. The after care and repair service is some of the worst I have ever experienced and I would never recommend this company to anyone on that basis. There are hidden fees and the excessive delay in repairing items (weeks) is just shocking. Warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on with this company.

Do not order from this company. If you are home based they have an issue. Run my cake business from my home address They took my money through card payment, through an internet order, but according to them that didnt pass their security, left it a whole day before they emailed me to say they shouldnt have done that & then wanted it again through bacs as I was not a commercial address. Their customer service was unhelpful & I was made to feel like a fraud. As apparently anyone can have a FB page. Even though they could check I was a registered business. No I needed to prove my identity with my driving licence. Oh yes & then they tried to take payment out of my bank account again. Luckily I had prevented that from happening, so it was declined. Horrible experience. I was able to order from another company with no issues.

Fantastic product great price and service

We ordered a double bottle fridge for our new bar which is located upstairs in our premises with no lift access. There was an "unpack and place" delivery with the item we bought but we thought this may be a little ambitious. When the delivery guys arrived we showed them where the fridge needed to be and, to our amazement, they wasted no time in getting it in place - with local help - and then took all the packaging and pallets away.
The whole purchase experience from contacting Sophie with our initial enquiry and product queries to the placing of the fridge was superb. We cannot recommend Caterkwik highly enough.
