My experience has been one of excellent service from start to finish. The quotation was sent promptly, a great variety of products were offered, and calls were answered without long waiting or queuing. Highly recommended!

This is the first time we have used this company, the delivery was fast and the price of filters comparable to others. We would definitely use this company again.

Usually I am delighted with the service but unfortunately not so this time. The girl on the phone tried to charge me for 4 cans of wash liquid instead of two. And I know I paid that price last time so was overcharged. As I had better phone signal and heard what she said I new the price didn’t add up after a discussion see changed it

I never like to leave bad reviews for a business but they had plenty of time to respond and/or sort issues out and have chose to do neither.

Ordered a fridge from them and paid to get the old fridge collected, paid for the service on the basis collection would be within 7 working days, 5 working days later I messaged to ask when collection would be and was told it would be a further 10 working days which I didn't agree to and was not service I paid for.

When responding they've ignored me and now 11 working days the fridge is still not collected and worse I've not had a response or update, I just wanted the service I paid for or at least to be kept informed.

Rude, dismissive and deceitful. I would avoid in future where possible unless they rectify situation with a proper response, apology and the service I paid for

Second time we've had challenges with this company and the delivery of our goods, first time the Chiller Cabinet was left off the vehicle for delivery causing a 7 day delay and consequent costs in tradesmen not being able to complete the shop fit-out. Second time a replacement freezer was ordered expecting, as the website suggested, a next working day delivery, We were then contacted by a vey unhelpful delivery company to say it would be a week before delivery even though there was no notice of this until after we had made the purchase, after contacting Cater-Kwik we were told we would be contacted with an alternate delivery date but no further communication was received leaving us with no freezer for almost a week.
This is a shame as the goods when received are excellent but the delivery process does need attention to retain future custom.

The item we wanted was in stock and readily available for a quick delivery. we received the item in 3 days from placing the order.
The item arrived in perfect condition.

Would avoid this completely as the company is incompetent and tries to steal your money and sends you damaged goods and only way you will get back your money is ombudsman and Amazon a-to-z guarantee

Requested some info and a quote. The quote was good so asked to proceed and was repeatedly sent incorrect paperwork and when I asked for the correct paperwork..... silence.
A month after my initial contact, still nothing. They clearly don't want my business and if this is an indication of how they treat new customers, I don't think I want to be an existing one!

UPDATE: Not surprisingly, this review prompted an email from Caterkwik asking if I could give them another chance if not too late. I agreed that if they could get the correct paperwork to me by the end of the day then I would still like go ahead.
However, apparently the price that I had previously been quoted, the price that I had previously agreed to and was happy to proceed with, was apparently wrong. They wanted to charge more than 4x as much and refused to honour the original quote.
Was this the reason for the original repeated delays, trying to make out the quote was no longer valid after x days? Or are they simply using low prices online in order to trick customers into dealing with them only to change the price in their favour once they have them ready to buy? Either way, BUYER BEWARE and I hope Trading Standards read this review.

Initially, After placing two separate orders for mugs that were listed on website, I was informed both times that they were discontinued.
On third attempt I placed order for neutral colour , these were available and were shipped very quickly, well packaged so no damages.
