I was very pleased with these creamy mashed potato. The taste is excellent and consistency first class. Will certainly use Catering Packs again.

The food we ordered was excellent quality. It was packaged meticulously, insuring that our order arrived in perfect condition.

If I could give no stars I would. We placed an order on 13 June and they took our money and we received confirmation by email. We have not received the goods ordered, nor any further communication since then ( it is now 22 June). Their website says to call between 1pm and 5pm, so one would expect to be able to speak to a human being at some point during those hours. We have made 36 phone calls over the last 3 days, 24 of which were this afternoon, only to
get their answer phone message every time, which then asks you to email and does not allow you to leave them a message. We have emailed several times and no reply whatsoever. We need the goods by tomorrow for catering for a wedding reception on Friday. There is absolutely no customer care service whatsoever. What are the chances of a refund? Totally appalling.

Looked at a few websites for Black Rat cider a drink I had enjoyed on holiday in Gloucester.
The image on the web page was definitely the one I was looking for.
Moles Black Rat cider in a can.
I ordered and was counting down the days until my purchase was delivered.
Today it arrived and much to my confusion the Black Rat cider I received was not the one advertised on the web.
Just some randomly named Black Rat from Torquay.
Oh well you live and learn. Next time it will be from a verified supplier and in a bottle.

Not good, this time. I buy small bottles of Mateus Rose from this company because they still supply the 25cl size, which are incredibly hard to source. As usual, I paid almost £100 for six packs of four bottles, which is pretty good value. The money was taken within days, but I heard nothing. Emailed repeatedly, and was eventually told that the supplier now only offers 18.7cl bottles, and it was these Catering Packs had been waiting to receive. I can get these almost anywhere. I wrote to ask if I could have any remaining larger size packs and was told two would be included. What I eventually got was a big container with one pack of the size I wanted and tons of smaller bottles which are pretty much pointless.

I'd much rather have been told what was left and paid just for that. Never mind. You learn this way, I guess.

Very easy to order from, delivery was fast and really well packaged.

I wish I could give them no stars. I placed on order on the 09th October never arrived, I've called, emailed and NOTHING. I'm now trying to get my money back via Paypal. Avoid

I placed an order in April, I received part of the order damaged and the other part I never received. I have called leaving messages and emailed but got no response. It’s now October. Do not trust this company

The delivery was fine and in good time. However, an emailed advice of expected delivery date would have been useful.

Order not delivered, no reply to numerous emails or telephone calls. No refund either 😡

On 9th April I ordered two packs of Lowthers Eccles Cakes. When they were delivered some time later the Courier firm told me they were deklivering a package from a firm called Ocean Wave Mobiles, and as I had not ordered anything from them I rejected the delivery. Some 2 weeks later the same courier firm tried to re-deliver the package from Ocean Wave Mobiles. I rejected the delivery again. If Catering Packs cannot be bothered to tell me who they were using as a courier, it's not surprising that in an age fraught with fake information, scam emails and scam deliveries that i should not wish to accept a package, containing, supposedly, mobile phones.

Today, 26th May and having paid a delivery charge, I received the cakes, delivered by Royal Mail.

The "best before" date of 21st June 2021 suggests these cakes are the original ones which have been in transit since mid June and not necessarily stored correctly during that time. I just hope they freeze well.

So, I'm somewhat disappointed with Catering Packs. When I require any more I'll research an alternative supplier. I will not be taking them up on their discount incentive to make a further purchase.
