This site is scamming and never send your order…. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY..

Guaranteed a scam site. After the transaction they send out a fake package tracking link.
Reported to PayPal and they very quickly returned the amount I spent

Total scam. I did a order for ozzy osborne bottle with Jack daniels. Ordered on 29th July. Received a tracking number step by step out of US to Australia (with all tha fake customs spots). Then showed at Hobart parcel facility (i dont live in that state ) been sitting there since mid August. When I did a query got a new tracking for a dodgy chinese fake tracking company saying order is getting dispatch from China. They won't cancel and refund as saying dispatched. Will report with bank and see

I would rate this company less than 1if I could. Bought and ordered my merchandise, western style lamp shade over 5 weeks ago. I think it’s a SCAM company. Tracking number they sent me apparently is the wrong number. Don’t do business with this company. YOU’LL be sorry

Purchased the indestructabear for my dog
He had the ear ripped off in 20 minutes

Contacted Categorye.com and the offered me $2
I told them it was an insult and would warrant a negative review
They then offered $6
I suggested $20 and no review
They never responded back

Poor customer service/satisfaction
Stay away from this company

I would give it zero stars if possible. I waited over 2 weeks for the unbreaka-bear That thing didn't even last 20 minutes with my dog. And they said they would replace it if it was destroyed. And Now they're offering me $2 back on an over $30 purchase. Do not buy from these people

We bought this dog chew toy from this company and advertised it was indestructible. It was not, Categorye will not honor any warrenty or the false advertising this gave. Here is the review I gave.
Don’t buy this toy
This is said to be an indestructible, heavy duty chew toy. However, less than 30 minutes, my dog was able to rip through the stitches and almost ripped the head off.. buyers beware do not buy this toy for your dog safety.
If they can't honor the $37.99 I spent for 2 dog chew toys. How will they honor something you buy that is more expensive. Shop somewhere else for this reason.
I was going to just though both away, but decided to conct them at support-accuraite com. Have been fighting for almost 3 weeks now. Read there responce below.

Thats right, you read it correctly. They are only offering $12 dollars as a refund. Pass this to everyone you know. Boycott this seller.

I ordered a product (4481S45367) accidentally and was not allowed to cancel the order... They shipped it and it took 5 weeks for me to receive this item and immediately refused delivery and returned the unopened package.. I Sent numerous emails on when I can expect my full refund and no one has ever replied... This company stole money from me!!!!

DO NOT BUY the Unbreakable toy, it’s a lie! My Yorkie destroyed it in less than 5 minutes, It’s a piece of crap. It took almost 2 months to get it, cz it came from China, and not USA like they claimed it to be. I tried to return and get my money back, and the only way to get a full refund is to send it back to China, which you will have to pay, and shipping cost more than the toy. I didn’t want a replacement, but I wanted to see what they will say, so I did, and they said no. They offered $10 back, and was told it’s the best they can do for a refund. Everything they advertise and claim about this toy was a lie! Don’t even waste your money and time, cz you will be very disappointed. I tried to leave several reviews on their website, but you will never see it, cz it gets deleted as soon as you post it. I will be reporting this incident to FTC and BBB, cz it’s unacceptable.

I purchased this so-called ‘indestructible’ toy, and it took over a month to arrive. Within minutes, my pup had completely destroyed it. The company promises a money-back guarantee, but when I reached out, they refused to honor it. Terrible product and even worse customer service. Don’t waste your money—this is a scam!

Ordered the un-breakabear in Dec. Never received it. They sent it out again. 6 weeks later still no bear. Many contact attempts and their fake tracking system updated miraculously saying it was delivered Feb 12th. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED!! I contacted them and they don’t believe me. I purchased this for my dog on dec 15 and took long time until feburary 4 2025 I got this and gave to my dog. He was happy and chewed it for only 5 min and already destroy it. I paid $31.60 and offered me $4 USD then $6 crazy. This unbreaka - Bear isn't for large strong dog. Don't buy this . RATE star 1.

Purchased this for my dog... it didn't even last 5 minutes before he was pulling stuffing out. For what I paid and how long it took to get here, and no longer than it lasted don't waste your time or money!

Well I paid for the indestruck a bear I bought 2 since I have 2 dogs. I paid for this on 12-6-24. So far they gave me a tracking number. That tracking number showed my product going through Italy and got stuck in Carson City Colorado 1-6-25 I contacted them for them to tell me it is in transit. This went on for a few weeks then they said the transit company made a mistake and gave me the wrong number. Here it is 2-4-25 still no product 60 days and when I said I don't want it now that I will return it . They said they don't offer a refund. Also it never went to Italy it was sent from China. I think they just stole my money. I have never had a worse experience buying on line. They should be forced out of business I am sure they are in violation of the FTC. And I will find out today

Gaming the system. "tracking" number was relayed, but no actual carrier identified. 7 weeks later, surprised that "unbreak-abear" actually arrived. Dog destroyed it in less than five minutes. Response to e-mail request for replacement or refund was replied to with

Product was cheap and poorly made. They offered a money back guarantee and did not honour it. Avoid this company they are a bunch of scammers.

Ordered two rotisserie units from this scam company. Received the baskets but no rotisserie units so the baskets are completely useless. Contacted the company and they said the order was shipped complete. Total rip-off!!!!! Do not buy from them. You will gget screwed!!!!!
