Ich bin vor kurzem von anderen Agenten zu CatBuy gewechselt und bin echt begeistert. Der gesamte Ablauf ist super strukturiert und vor allem der automatisierte Einkauf spart eine Menge Zeit. Die Versandzeiten sind im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz top (DHL Line, ca. 1 und halb Wochen). Ein großes Lob auch an das Team für die Hilfe im Discord. Alles verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert

Ich habe Agents geswitcht da CNFans nicht mehr geht und habe bei CatBuy bestellt. Das was ich krass fande, ist das die Bestellungen sofort gekauft werden, da catbuy ein "AutoPurchase" system hat. Der support war eine 10/10 (Danke an Rayan vom CatBuy Discord). Paket ist angekommen in 13 Tagen mit JD DHL line. Alles hat super geklappt.

I want to share my experience with Catbuy, so others don’t lose their money like I did.
I placed an order and after 7 days the item was still NOT ordered from the seller.
There were also multiple payment problems right from the start.
After a few days, my account suddenly got suspended, and my money was gone.
The item was never purchased from the seller.
To be 100% sure, I contacted the sellers myself, and they all confirmed that NO order was ever placed by Catbuy.
Customer support was either extremely slow or completely useless.

Ich habe zum ersten mal bei CatBuy bestellt und hatte davor andere Agenten benutzt und bin positiv überrascht, der Versand ist im vergleich zu anderen Agents viel günstiger und der Service auch schneller. Zudem sieht die Website noch sehr modern aus

Das war eine sehr gute Erfahrung die ich sehr geliebt habe. Für eine 4kg Haul hatte ich nur 27$ an Versand bezahlt diese Preise habe ich noch nie bei einem anderen Agent gesehen. Damals musste ich bei Cnfans für 4kg 70$ bezahlen was für mich absolute Abzocke ist. Daher würde ich CatBuy jedem empfehlen.
