Jon is honestly amazing, so helpful and good spirited. I always drop him a message when confused about anything going on with the car and he’s always happy to help and gets back to me within a few hours!!

We have purchased many cars from Castle Motors over the past 15 years or so and have always been delighted with both the advice and the professional friendly service we have received.
The thing that impresses us most is that we are always given the same level of service and aftercare whether buying a family run-around, a luxury saloon or a super sports car. Part exchanging our cars has never presented a problem either and CM have always been happy to buy back the vehicles they have previously provided. The cars are always presented in immaculate condition and are always ready for immediate collection/delivery. The team handle all the paperwork including Road Tax and Private Registration Plate Changes.
For a massive range of vehicles and years of trouble free motoring we can highly recommend the whole team at Castle Motors.

Jon made my car buying experience just that...... a real pleasure and memorable experience. He always made time to speak with my son and I when we visited the showroom (on numerous occasions!) and never tried to force a sale on me. When I had (finally!!) decided on the vehicle to purchase he made the process so simple from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and this is continuing even now after my purchase. I had a brilliant experience with Castle Motors I bought my car with such ease and everyone was very friendly. With any purchase you get 3 months warranty and when I had a minor issue, I contacted Castle Motors and had the problem sorted swiftly.

Having found our dream car we were looked after by Jon Barnfield who treated us with the utmost courtesy and nothing was too much trouble. We did have a problem with the car after a few weeks but Jon took care of us and made us feel comfortable during the repair process . Castle identified the fault and fixed it without quibble .
