Advice wasn't what I wanted to hear but I am glad to have been given it nonetheless. Very helpful and prompt service, I would recommend.

My initial contact was very positive - helpful and knowledgable staff over the phone. However, I had to use Castle Associates to supply me with a union representative for a workplace disciplinary. As well as being expensive, he was terrible - weak advice, did not understand my case, gave me advice contrary to what I had already received from an employment law solicitor, and was frankly an embarrassment during my disciplinary hearing, making the situation worse and much more unpleasant. He was not an employee of Castle Associates, but was supplied and contracted by them, and I expected them to contract much more effective representatives to act in their name.

I was contacted by Adrian quickly and offered impartial advice. He listened and outlined my options and his opinion helped me to decide what to do next.
