VERY GOOD SERVICE
The advisor was very knowledgeable.
She did not use fancy intimidating language and gave a clear status of the situation for me but also from the offender's perspective.
I now know where I stand. I now feel confident to seat at my grievance appeal meeting scheduled this week.
