A few day s before our much-anticipated holiday in Tenerife, my wife was involved in a car accident and there was no way the damage could be repaired before we left.
We were going for three weeks, flying from Liverpool Airport and had paid for parking there.
I looked online for a taxi company with a good reputation. As a matter of principle, I wanted a local firm rather than a national franchise. Castle Cars seemed to fit the bill.
And did they!
They arrived on time in an immaculate vehicle and whisked us away to Liverpool in comfort. The driver was very affable, friendly and willing to join in conversation when appropriate.
On our return, not being familiar with taxi pick up, we found our driver easily as we spoke on mobile phones. A different vehicle, a different driver but both maintaining the excellent service mentioned earlier.
We were able to obtain a full refund for our parking from Holiday Extras and found the cost of our taxi compared very favourably, to the extent that Holiday Extras have now lost a customer and Castle Cars have gained one.
Never again will we experience the stress of roadworks, diversions and weather.
We’ll let Castle Cars set the tone for our holidays.

I'm my opinion, I've used this Taxis for a few years , no complaints at all , I work odd hours , they always turn for me no matter what time of day / night, bad weather . Really good service 👏 👍.

I rang at 10.50pm but wasn't picked up till 11.25pm... I rang taxi firm back at 11.10pm to see where my taxi was to be told that he would be roughly 10 minutes away... I asked if they were busy (which is unusual on a Tuesday night) to be told yes we have no drivers . So when the taxi finally came i said to the driver your busy tonight aren't you.on which replied no why so I told him what time I originally called. He said they only just messaged me to come and pick you up.... this not the way to run a taxi firm keeping the costumer waiting nearly 40minutes (being a woman at that) on her own for that long . I have been using this company for 10+years.... very disappointed.

Excellent smooth journey to Birmingham airport and back.just takes all the stress off your Holiday .Friendly,clean ,reliable would always recommend.

Where do I start,after years of using other taxi company's for airport transfers and either being picked up late or even on one occasion not showing up at all and being left stranded at Manchester Airport after a long flight, we discovered Castle Cars. They are a very professional company with great drivers,always on time and extremely helpful with all aspects of our journey. We wouldn't use anyone else now.

We have used Castle Cars several times for airport and cruise terminal transfers from Shrewsbury.
They have always been on time in both directions. The cars are comfortable and spotless. The drivers are always courteous and very professional. We just can't recommend them highly enough!

We booked an airport transfer for 8 of us to Manchester Airport a fair few months in advance, and the service was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The driver arrived 10 minutes early, helped us load all our luggage into the van, and nothing was too much trouble for him. On our return, he tracked our flight, gave us a call when we landed, and was waiting right outside to help us again. He even assisted us to the taxi area and made both journeys really enjoyable with his friendly conversation. You can really tell it’s a private, family run service personal, reliable, and done with genuine care. Such a lovely man highly recommend this service!
