They hacked and stole money from my account

Should be called bottom feeder network if you have to go stealing 29.99 off every one!

Casting's networks appear to be a reputable company, but I had initially considered upgrading to their premium subscription. However, I reconsidered and canceled it shortly after, within five minutes. Despite the cancellation, they continued to attempt to charge my credit card $278.04 for several days, although their app indicated that the premium subscription had been canceled. I have been attempting to contact customer service to request that they cease the charges, but unfortunately, I was unable to locate a customer service section or a contact email to submit a complaint.

One day, I got the platinum membership within minutes, I canceled it, and they keep trying to charge me close to $300 even after I canceled it. They have nowhere on their platform app to get customer service. They keep trying to bill my credit card way after I canceled service.

I would absolutely not recommend Casting Networks based on our experience. Our family cancelled accounts together, yet one inactive account continued being billed for almost two years without our knowledge. No cancellation confirmations were ever sent, no meaningful investigation appeared to occur, and despite the account sitting unused for years, no goodwill resolution was offered whatsoever. Extremely disappointing and, in our opinion, very unfair billing practices.

Well, generally i use to like them but after submitting myself to jobs where i fit everything that casting is asking for perfectly to a
" T "and location of shoot is even in my small Town however, i don't get a single callback therefore I gotta figure that lots of these job postings are fake . In other words they make them up . On the other hand there's other things i like about them which is support & they've been spectacular so that's why i am really giving them 2.5 stars ( Two and a half ) .

I did NOT subscribe to premium, but it automatically charged high premium payments without any notice.
I requested a REFUND for this month. I am not using this platform and it doesn't help me to get jobs. This is absolute fraud!!!
It's impossible to delete your card details!

Never ever got a email, and the fact you have to pay to upload pictures? Really. You are better off try to find and agent

I've been trying to cancel the service for 4 months now. I couldn't do through the website initially, so I sent an e-mail, I was told I could not cancel through e-mail. I followed the process they sent me, and I was not able to finish again - they ignored my emails. I finally was able to cancel it through the website, I am still being charged for it and still being ignored by customer service. I've never seen anything like this before.

is an ok site, i guess. i received a call days ago from a Man that is an actor he said, he is looking to make a movie of his own. and is looking for the actress of the role... when asked me for my Instagram link went there, liked my pictures, he said and though i could be perfect for the role, the Main female role in the movie, he plans to do. but i not actress i told him, He says I could learn fast. offered me to fly me from where i live to Chicago, where the movie would be filmed and pay hotel for me as well, if agreed to do it. but he told me the movie requires some intimacy with him, being him is the main Acto and as well ... and not payment upfront but 10 % of it, when movie is done and if sold well... i said to him i wasn't Ready for such role never acted before just short commercials maybe, he told me i wasn't serious about it and got upset kinda, but Still, he is on my WhatsApp to keep in touch with me, in case i change my mind or he finds another role i could do... sometimes you can get confused on the website for the roles you might be contact for. I will rate it with 3 starts for now

Everything is messed up on this platform.
For example, even if you set up your search based on a city you like to work in, you still get other advertisements in different cities and countries!

Paid $78 for a few months and have not gotten booked or response. My profile is filled out w all the requirements. Companies that charge should at least book u for 1 gig that's what you're paying them for, not for them to eat your money
