My husband and I love our new Cassa Vida Arushi TV entertainment unit. It is high quality and a beautiful addition to our lounge. It has great storage space for our DVDs with a combination of two cupboards and two drawers. Dealing with Cassa Vida was great. They answered any questions I had immediately, were very helpful and arranged prompt delivery. The delivery man was incredibly helpful. I thoroughly recommend Cassa Vida as a great company to deal with.

As a couple in our 60s, the ordering process has always been easy and if we have ever had any questions, our queries are always answered immediately.
As with many companies, the delivery process can let them down.
But not with Cassa Vida Home, all our deliveries were handled with personal care, text messages along the way and they even bought the bulky items into our home.
A far more personalised experience.

Easy to order online, they quickly answered a question I had before purchasing, and called me to check when I was collecting my items (I somehow misplaced my collection email) and I love my purchase

Absolutely love my new buffet! It arrived so quick and delivered to the exact spot it would live. Scott and the team were a breeze to deal with. I love that the buffet was already built (hate flat packs). Its so beautiful! Very impressed with the quality and finish on it. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately the item I ordered was too big and although it was returned unopened they charged me over $700 in fees. The customer service I received was abusive and not at all customer focused or helpful. I was going to reorder the smaller version but because of their attitude I would never purchase from them again. Beware.

I made 2 purchases from CV - chairs and TV stand. Both times the goods were delivered promptly and the quality was excellent. Photos give a very good idea of what the furniture looks like in real life. Highly recommend and I'll definitely shop there again.
