Stay away from this casino. I was unable to withdraw my winnings even after completing the verification process. I pointed this out to customer support, who replied that they were investigating the issue, but nothing happened. Throughout this time, they keep requesting documents unrelated to my play at their casino and which I physically cannot provide. For example, now they require a photo of my passport, but taken in such a way that my nails are visible.

In the end, the casino administration keeps stalling me and makes me go through idiotic photo sessions with documents for several months – the issue remains unresolved, and the scammers at CasinoEuro have still not unfrozen my funds, effectively appropriating them for themselves. Think twice before making a deposit at this casino; do you really need such a headache and the high risk of not even seeing your winnings?

I am playing on that casino last 1 year just keep deposit and I deposit there huge amounts of money in that 1 year there never ever win more then 500x my bet. When I contacted with them they said me that luck is not my side. So according to my experience they just destroyed people hard earn money and they won’t pay anything. Guys 1 year luck not my side. I'm rating this a 1 based on the fact that they allow casino streamers on YouTube a different set of rules to us normal players even if we highroll. Hello I just opened a account with casineuro ,Before depositing I was very very very clear that I did not want to deposit before being verified, verified confirmation came through, chat was very clear I would get know problems !!! Deposited, lose most of it , withdrew small amount I had left ... guess what no money back after 5 days , contact chat , we need more personal details regarding your account before you can have your money back !!!!!!!
