I verified my account last month with passport and utility bill. Now I tried to withdraw 120 and they want the same documents again. Honestly it feels like they forgot, but it’s annoying to redo everything when I’m sure I already did this.
Was in the middle of a live game session when I got logged out after maybe 15 minutes of inactivity. Lost my seat at the table. I guess it’s a security thing but still annoying.
