Thank you for providing your feedback, we apologize that things did not go smoothly with your fiancee's payment. We were unaware that you were going to have your fiancee make the payment or that you were sending him to another branch. As for the multiple contacts, there is a note that you've requested that we contact you prior to every payment due date as a reminder, and the last contact was after we did not have contact with you regarding payment arrangements that were missed for the last payment. We were simply trying to deliver the service that you'd requested, we do apologize if this caused any inconvenience. As for payments by others, there is an easier way, debit care payments can now be made online, simply visist https://cashtime.com/make-payment and click the button to "Pay Now", that will take you to our online debit card payment portal.

Unfair payment schedule
Easy process however payment schedule not very negotiable. Took out loan on 26th and they wanted their first payment on the 1st of the month. Will make 1 or two payments and look into refinancing with better company and terms.

The loan officer there was very friendly and helpful. I will say that I am disappointed that you still have to fill out paper work (answering the exact same questions you did online); kind of defeats the purpose. Supposedly it helps move things along faster, but it was pretty much the same as just walking in, which was kind of irritating. But it was hard to stay upset when the Rep helping me was so friendly. The online function definitely needs to be improved. I mean if they are quick to call you WHILE you are still working on the online application, then why aren't they so quick to approve once you've submitted bank credentials and everything? Especially if they are expecting you to come in at a specific time.

Hello Tricia. We're sorry that we were unable to provide Cash. We always provide a check to our customers. If we have the cash on hand, we can cash it for you on-site, but that is not always the case. When we can't, customers can cash the check for free and any Wells Fargo branch.

Like that they can help out when cash is needed. But reminder calls are ridiculous and if you miss by one day the “courtesy calls” are more rude and demanding on payment.

Would not recommend
Rude employees. They stand around speaking Spanish while ignoring most of the customers waiting. Took over an hour and a half to complete the loan. The employees working the day I went are the reason I'd never go back or recommend this place. Waited over 15 minutes before I was given an application, then 20 more for her to take it from me after I finished it. They give preference to certain customers and ignore the others. Truthfully, it's discrimination. Terrible experience
