The service given was great and quick

I felt like the employees were robots. They were only friendly because they had to be.

I didn't feel they did things in a timely manner. my loan was finished over the phone documents was suppose to be sent to my email that I did not receive them. I was told by the agent helping me to go to the closest location to me to pick up my check I made it there at 1:26 did not leave until 2:34. I just didn't feel like I got the proper service needed but am still very thankful for the loan

Ok experience as far as communicating with staff. But big negative was the obscene interest rate charged which the customer does not find out til the last step. Your kids have to eat too I guess.

If your reading what I read on this companies website about cashtime helping all these people. Don’t be fooled. You must have money in your account to be approved. Don’t make sense huh. If you have money then why do you need a loan. Bottom line is they’re website is false. They are just like any other money hungry institution. I would exit this page and go somewhere else.
