Muhammad, there is important context missing from this review, so we want to clarify exactly what happened and how the CashSwipe process works.

The call you attended was a FREE 20-minute informational call. That call is designed to confirm basic information, understand whether someone is seriously exploring the opportunity, answer preliminary questions, and determine whether it makes sense to move to the next step.

It is not designed to be a full one-hour presentation covering every component of the CashSwipe partnership.

For qualified prospects who want to continue, the next step is a dedicated one-hour call where our team goes through the opportunity in detail, including the applicable program, deliverables, support, responsibilities, pricing, and what is involved before anyone makes a decision to enroll.

We do not expect someone to invest thousands of dollars without understanding what they are purchasing.

In seven years of building businesses and growing multiple multi-million-dollar companies, I have never built my reputation by hiding what customers are buying. CashSwipe partners receive documentation outlining the services and responsibilities connected to their enrollment before moving forward.

What appears to have happened here is that you wanted information normally covered later in our qualification and enrollment process during the initial 20-minute call, became frustrated with that process, and chose not to continue. You are absolutely entitled to decide CashSwipe is not for you.

But calling the company a “scam” because you did not want to complete our process is a very different claim.

The goal has never been to just teach people about credit card processing and send them on their way.

We help our partners build a real merchant services and credit card processing business that can create monthly residual income and continue growing over time.

CashSwipe is not simply a $10,000 “program.” We help people build a credit card processing and merchant services business with infrastructure behind them, including training, support, marketing, lead generation, customer acquisition, and, depending on the partnership selected, assistance with sales and closing merchant accounts.

Advertising is an optional part of certain marketing strategies and involves separate advertising costs when someone chooses to use those services. We believe prospects should understand the services they are purchasing, their responsibilities, and any applicable costs before moving forward.

More importantly, you never became a CashSwipe customer.
You attended a presentation, questioned the opportunity, and decided it was not for you. That is completely fine.

CashSwipe will never be the right fit for everyone.
But calling our company a “scam” because you disagreed with the pricing or did not like how a webinar interaction was handled does not accurately describe what CashSwipe provides to its actual customers.

We also noticed that your Trustpilot profile contains dozens of reviews across unrelated companies, with many of them being 1-star reviews using similar accusations and language such as “scam.” We mention that only because people reading this review deserve the full context surrounding the source of the allegation.
