I ordered the register at 1pm Wednesday afternoon QLD time & it was delivered by Thursday mid morning. Then there was a slight problem & when I rang for help the service was so quick & reliable I was up & running by Friday morning. I have been using Cash Register Warehouse for many years & wouldn't go anywhere else.

It is unethical to deliver an old/used…
It is unethical to deliver an old/used printer for a price of new printer. It is a deliberated action; otherwise, it is impossible for many traces of a used printer could be found including paper dust in the printer. I still believe the true intentions behind this wrongdoing was not revealed to me. Courier company too made mistakes in creating a dummy delivery notification. How to place future orders when a used printer's serial number is included in the purchase document?

As discussed on the phone with you (and you still don't believe us for some reason....), we ran out of stock of this unit and we had the distributor / our supplier ship directly to you. You notified us of the issues and we immediately questioned the supplier about this which they noted it was a return from another dealer and was sent out by mistake. They apologised to us and dispatched another unit to you. Unfortunately we were the middle man on this occasion and provided correct and true information about what had happened. For some reason you still do no believe us but we have done everything from our end to rectify and provide a solution.
The serial number was our suppliers and they had obviously put the printer back into new stock from their end which resulted in sending out the returned printer again.
Once again we apologise for what has happened but we feel we resolved this is a correct and timely manner.

the cash register i ordered came within 2 days, I was very impressed and happy as my old cash register had died. thank you for getting it here so quickly. John F.M.M.
