Sharp cash register wet cover
I was happy that I was able to find this particular item in Australia as when I searched most were in the UK.
The item, a wet cover for a Sharp cash register, arrived quickly and was exactly as expected.
With the cost of shipping added on though it was a very expensive item for what it is.

Definately understand the shipping component might seem expensive, however, couriers are quite expensive these days and i noticed we shipped Startrack Overnight.
Glad you did get the item quickly though so that's a positive!

It would be better if you provide paper…
It would be better if you provide paper copy of user manual of SAM4S NR-500 series cash register instead of CD. Newer version laptops do not have the CD driver, now.

Sam4s only provide a CD these days but don't worry, we have you covered! We have a pdf version on our website so you can access it at any time. I am unsure why Sam4s only supply a CD. You are totally right.

We needed a new register, as ours died.
We needed a new register, wanted something simple like the one we had. They were great. Programmed up the new register, we had it within a couple of days, gave us instructions how to use it. Terrific experience. Would recommend them to anyone and Australian company with great customer service.

Brilliant Customer Service!
I had the pleasure of dealing with Dean yesterday who was helpful, knowledgeable, and really made an impression with his fantastic customer service skills. This is my first time using your company, and I have to deal a lot with customer service teams which usually are a negative experience. I am so happy to say that Dean made it the opposite and I will be using this company for many more of my companies needs. Highly recommend!
