Worst customer experience ever. They claim i dont have workplace or have worked at same company over three months....Ive been at the same damn company for over 3 years! Sent in supporting documents and emailed only for some rude customer service or agent to tell me its final and they cant render different decision. Clearly being incompetent and not looking into both savings and checking accounts as I dont have it always deposited into same accounts. Absolutely a disgrace of a representative and service. Stay far away from this company and their "services " they clearly dont care and are very unprofessional. Even with letter and pay stubs they wouldn't budge. Disgusting behavior!

Thank God I didn't get a loan with this company I was denied because I didn't have any source of income they never ask me that on the application of course I have income I have a full time job..I don't know why I tried to get a loan with this company when there are better loans companies out there which I'm with I should have went to the company I'm already with I have no problem getting a loan with them

Honestly confused by the reviews, I've had a good experience with Cashkrab so far, I took a $500 line of credit and I can withdraw what I want from it as I pay it off. Has always been same day approval and deposit comes after 3pm.

Horrible Customer service, Paid off a 500$ loan easrly out of 700$ line of credit available because i requested the wrong amount, Was advised i am not eligible to apple because i paid them early and if i need money i should i just kept what they had given me, Id leave them 0 stars if i could.

I paid off a loan balance of $350 early to try obtain credit line limit of $800 that was granted and they denied it. Leaving now with $0. They will not even allow the return of the $350. They should not advertise themselves as a line of credit as its not. Plus, I made majority of payments on time, the 2 times I didn't I always informed them in advance.

Garbage company garbage service garbage human beings.

They harrase you by phone call after call and then if you don't have money in the account they seem to be able to draw money out of one of your other accounts. At the present time I have put a fraud team looking into how they managed to get other account info.

Very bad customer relations they give you "a line of credit " but when you've paid the initial loan they don't allow you to get advances on your "line of credit" without further credit checks and then refuse you its an absolute crappy company I would highly recommend you use anyone else. 0 stars if I could

Takes a while to get approved dont konw if im able to get a loan as they nedd to review my income the decision is based only on income

No help at all, very confusing. They didn’t answer my questions properly or clearly,
Got $500.00 have to pay 800 back due to fees and interest. Better to get a pay day loan than this.. I asked how much payments would be. She was so rude sounded annoyed when I called.

Worse compan to get a loan from. They over charge you, really rude over the phone with no help at all. Could careless about you paying off your loan, reapplied denied. Reason given was "that I don't follow directions "
