Great experience, simple and quick@

First person was wonderful and professional on the phone BUT after he transferred me to the more info person, everything was awful. Clearly did not know what to say other than his prompt cards. Had to put me on hold so many times to ask questions and verify ownership. I HAVE A CLEAR TITLE. they have pictures of it saying it is a released title by the lien holder. They refused saying they required another form of release from the lien holder. The bank did not know what they were asking for. Bank sent a report of their own saying it was clear of lien. CashForCars would not accept it.

Setting up this transaction was simply and easy and the offer was higher than several other companies I reached out to. There was an issue at pickup with the offered price. Cash For Cars followed up with me and made sure that my experience was handled appropriately and I was paid the full amount. I recommend Cash For Cash for ease of use, fair price and excellent customer service follow up.

I got a fair offer for my car. They showed up quickly and were very professional. The communication was great and the driver was very courteous. I would recommend to friends and family.

Did good with quoting my car. Had a small issue with service pickup from vendor. Once cash for cars heard of this issue they contacted me and made the issue right, right away. So customer service is top notch. Fair price for what I received out of my car

You made it easy and quick. We tried Carvana and they offered significantly less and required more documentation. We had a clean title, no lien holder on it and they were requesting a lien release from the banker that didn’t exist lol they wasted two weeks of our time. With you guys, it was done within a few hours from start to finish.

Horrible to deal with tried a bait and switch after dealing with one of their tow companies Arces auto recycling in Williamstown Nj. They were supposed to come on a Saturday between 8-12 never showed so I called told me they were running behind so I waited until 2pm called back they told me”let me check we will call you right back” never did. I called at 230 they said sorry can’t make it today. Day wasted. Have to reschedule for Tuesday….. snow storm hit Sunday car is buried….. call tues at 9am ask if they are coming “yes we are “ need it to be after 2. I call at 1 pm “ are you definitely coming “ answer yes we have drive close he’s coming to you next. I dig the car out call and ask when will you be here . Answer “ sorry we will have to get it tomorrow” don’t trust Acres auto recycling. Called cars for cash back . We can send a different company but it will be significantly less ….. NO THANKS! Beware

The drop off was great I think the offer could have been a little stronger, but everything was as promised.

Lack actual human interaction. Extremely low salvage value which is ridiculous since you make 8 times off car or more than you ggive. A.I. is useless and Cash 4 Cars when I called Copart. Still havent got my check either. Dumbest company

I just sold my 2019 Subaru Impreza. Cash for Cars, gave me the best offer and they picked up my car. What a great company.

Overall was easy to call, get a quote, and schedule a tow pickup; however, the initial offer was over triple was they quoted in person ($398). They then would not negotiate with me. I clearly told them there was a rusted subframe and frame with rusted holes in specific locations and had the catalytic converter intact. They send me a confirmation email of the $398 offer, but then baited-and-switched and I was pressured to sell at a low price of $160 in-person and was unable to talk directly with CashForCars as they wanted me to middle-man through the tow driver. I don't find the company very reputable AND they need a new buyer agent as they obviously cannot accurately quote a vehicle.

Expect up to 40% reduction after accepting the quote... After accepting the offer, they very easily took away the vehicle and keys. Low-hassle but would choose another company next time.

They did what they said they would do, and paid better than most would for my overheating Corolla.
