Pickup same day. Payment on the spot! Very responsive!

This was easier than I expected it to be. It took a bit but that was my fault for not having my ducks in a row.Customer service was great and helpful, 5 stars all around.

The amount of time it took to call, negotiate & schedule the pickup was fantastic. Very smooth transaction. I just wish I had contacted them sooner. Very professional & what was negotiated over the phone is exactly what I received when the vehicle was picked up. Great job!!

Great customer service! The only issues I had was when the tow truck driver arrived to pick up the vehicle, I told him that he's not getting the title until I have a check in my hand. He said he didn't have any information on his end that said he was paying me upon pickup. Two Short phone calls later and I had a check in my hand. Problem solved. Then there was the issue of the title. I was told by Ashley at cash for cars that I didn't have to sign the title . The day after the car was picked up I had to stop by their office and fill out a power of attorney for them take the title . It was fairly easily done . Overall a good experience.

Nice and easy process. Paid a fair price and the car was picked up on the agreed day and at the agreed time.

First, I started online filling out the form to get rid of a vehicle that I have and it went through the questions of entering the year of the make the model the questions were does the vehicle start? Does it have all its wheels and tires does the vehicle have any damage is all the glass intact and not broken. Do you have the title? I answered all the questions. The vehicle was intact. It did not start. I answered all those questions. I did not have the vehicle title on hand. In other words. I didn’t have the title at this location and it would be difficult for me to go and get it I receive a phone call. In reference to the vehicle being picked up, I was there quoted a cash offer. I made sure to let the person that called me. Know that I don’t have the title at the location where the vehicle is I was told OK that’s not a problem. They couldn’t pick the vehicle up on Tuesday I called early in the morning. They said Thursday between 8 AM and 12 PM. I accepted those terms that’s fine 12:30 PM. I called to find out if someone is coming I was told I’ll be called right back. They called back 15 minutes later and said someone will be on their way in 45 minutes. Sorry this is so long wrapping it up. Long story short the tow truck driver wasted his time driving to my location, more importantly, my time was wasted where the driver showed up he was professional looked underneath of the vehicle, took pictures of the catalytic converter asked for the title. I advised him. I already notified that I don’t have the title here so there was nothing he could do so he left copilot. This is the company that was texting me and making me offers assigned another company to come out and made me an offer that was $175 less so I ended up calling someone else so I guess if you wanna wait around and wait two days to start the process all over again then go with copilot if you like wasting your time I don’t, I will not call again. I will not use the service and I would advise you to go elsewhere. I’m simply being honest about exactly what happened. I have a complete transcript of this as a matter fact I gave it two stars. I think it needs to be a one star review.

You purchased 4 vehicles from us. All of your employees are very hard to understand. During the process, they repeated the same directions repeatedly, and each time I called, I was transferred and had to go through the same steps again. It was very time consuming.

Excellent probing for key items to consider to establish a fair value. Good follow up and automated process before pick up was good. Live in person contact by Panther personnel during pick up and haul away was very easy and friendly personnel.

It was a pleasure to work with the people at CashForCars. Bernardo faithfully stayed in touch with me through the entire process. He found a buyer for my totaled vehicle within 30 minutes of the offer being made available. Patricia was very helpful and walked me through the paperwork process. The tow driver from the local yard in was so very nice and helpful. Since I no longer have a vehicle, he kindly met me at my home to exchange paperwork and handed me the check. The entire transaction was easy and quick. Everyone was kind and professional and they did a wonderful job, I'll contact CashForCars again if the occasion arises.

I couldn't believe how incredibly easy the whole process was! I was prepared for a day's long ordeal costing me hundreds of dollars in storage fees while I waited for the car to be picked up. It was picked up the same day! On my schedule! The driver had a check in hand for the full amount offered and the check cleared the bank immediately. This is a LEGIT service. You won't go wrong using this company.

I explained I needed my vehicle gone ASAP because code enforcement had given me warnings. Their offer was low, but the man I spoke to said he would give up his commission. I was told to contact the carrier directly. I couldn't because they were closed all weekend. So I called Cash for cars back and twice was out on a hold so long I ended up hanging up. Called around and almost every other place offered me more for my truck. So avoid these people if you're selling an older vehicle that you know has hard to find useable parts on it. These people will low ball you based on age alone.
