Had a pick up window from 8am-12pm. Driver didn’t show up until close to 3:30. Every time I called for an update, it was always 1 hour away. Completely ruined my day. Unprofessional!
It was super fast and easy. I got a good deal on a car I wasn't using anymore. They did all of the heavy lifting. I really appreciate how quick I was able to sell my car with no worries.

Everything went good
Everything went good. Just wanted to let you guys know that my car had more value than $559.00. I understand that was what I agreed to but it would be good to let owners negotiate prices.
