debt collection

just received a letter from a debt collection agency for £265 stating they had sent me several letters, they had not, this is the first letter from credit style i have had, and dont even remember using them.

From our records, we can see that the emails we sent to you in May, June, and July 2025 regarding your unpaid invoice bounced. This was due to either your security settings having blocked us or the email address we currently have for you being incorrect.

Unfortunately this meant we then had to pass your details on to the agency to get in touch with you.

Not what I expected

I called on Tuesday 22nd July to ask why my account was on hold. A lady explained to me that it was due to being a new business and checks needing to be made. Firstly, this should have been explained to me at the point of sale. She then told me that as my site is now active, she would pass it on to underwriting who will conduct the checks. I asked how long this would take, as I am a new business and reliant on any funds that come in.

She stated that it should be completed within a few hours, if not the next day. We are now on Friday 25th. I have been trying to call through to customer services, who switched off the lines around 4pm.

A very poor experience so far!

Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs. Awful merchant to deal with, they've had £15k of my customers funds (3 transactions) sitting in their account for 8 days (should have been paid out to me the following working day) and despite chasing multiple times daily I'm still without the funds. If you're a small business that depends on quick payouts avoid Cashflows like the plague

As we communicated to you via your provider, we have to continually check every company that uses our services according to strict rules and regulations to mitigate risks and ensure compliance and unfortunately had to place your funds on hold.

These are some of the things we have to monitor for legal and compliance purposes:
- Transactions that are out of line with the approved application
- Changes to your company model
- Changes to the products and services you offer
- Changes to your legal form

At first

At first, i was really unhappy with Cashflows. There was a few issues with some of the account managers and for a while we wasn't assigned anyone. We initially signed up with someone called Mia and the terms wasn't what we expected...

Until Dan Wilkins came along. Absolute asset to the business and he sorted everything out for us no problem.

Really happy with the service

I have been running through some issues…

I have been running through some issues i had been having with Reo and i must say he has been absolutely fantastic! He couldn't of been more helpful if he tried.. He took the stress & pressure off me immediately and we got everything resolved..

We have been using CASHFLOWS for our…

We have been using CASHFLOWS for our website Raffle Revolution for coming up to a year.

We have never had any issues with payments and have always been on time.

Any changes to payment schedule like bank holidays you know before it happens. No complaints at all.

I was quite shocked to see the negative reviews on here due to me having such a good experience.

Keep up the good work!

We've dealt with Cashflows for nearly 2 years now and have had an excellent experience. Alex Grossi in particular has been a joy to work with. He's dealt with requests outside of working hours and is always extremely knowledgeable!

How to contact Customer support???

Doe`s anyone work in customer support??? Phone rings and lets yo know you are number1 in the que and that's it. Tried at least 8 times yesterday to get though. We are a small business and need access to our cash which is being held up for some reason and we cant get any answers. Very frustrating.

So easy to set up on my woo commerce store

Just moved my payment gateway over to Cashflows for my website, virtual terminal and pay by link. It was extremely easy to set up, just a very simple plug in on my Woocommerce store, entered a couple of codes and that was it! I love that I now have apple and google pay enabled at checkout, which is so convenient and quick for my customers. The "Cashflows Go" system is extremely clear and easy to use. I've been using the pay by link facility and it's really easy to use and customers have paid with ease and convenience. I use cashflows for my card machine acquiring too, so really pleased to have everything in one place! Money is in my account by 11am the next day, what more could you want?!
Special thanks to Emma Breadmore for helping in the first instance and to Ian Hazlewood and Jamie Smith for making the whole process simple and easy to get set up! Would highly recommend Cashflows!
