After a terrible experience with another company they were a delight to deal with. Friendly and helpful by email and in person and the delivery was fast and went really well. Very good service.

Awful bad quality furniture. Anything bought broke within the year. Never again will I buy anything there

We bought a double bed and at first the assembly went fine. Then half way through we discovered that holes had been drilled inaccurately in the wrong place. Also you are not allowed to use a drill which proved impossible since we had to drill the holes ourselves. Normally I would always return a faulty product but this is harder when your bed is half assembled and the boxes it came are torn. I have taken pictures that I can provide of the faulty craftsmanship. I am really disappointed. I won't be buying anything there again. If I could give a zero star review I would.

I recently bought beds and a mattress. Emer, Sarah and Josh were very helpful and knowledgeable. Paul and AJ were so very helpful and flexible with delivery. They are a great team. The best furniture shop in Galway.

Utter garbage, over 900 euros for a three seater that the back has snapped in two, it’s a flat pack three seater, pure trash, this is why Irish people are put off shopping local, disgusting company selling junk for big money, the sofa they took away was better quality, avoid this crowd at all costs, I just rang and apparently it’s a “Budget sofa” 980 euros is not a budget sofa, I’ve broken the whole back up and it fitted into the wheelie bin,minus the stuffing, the timber wasn’t even fire proof. Again stay away from this company as they only seem to supply rental properties with cheep furniture for students to break up.

The customer service in the Galway store was great. My mam had ordered a couple bits and the delivery lads Paul and AJ went above and beyond to help her with getting these set up.

The Galway team/ customer care have been fantastic, despite by bad nature. They are a credit to the company. They resolved the issue instantly and did go beyond all effort to resolve the missing parts. 10/10 service.
