From standing over our work long after installation day.....THIS IS THE DIRECT QUOTE FROM THE CASH & CARRY WEBSITE...ABSOLUTE LIES..GALWAY BRANCH.Brand new kitchen fitted 3 years ago several emails sent and phonecalls made regarding some minor issues
Over 3 years..ZERO response...4 weeks ago the brand new oven and hob stopped working..4 weeks and 5 phonecalls later and 5 empty promises to send out an electrician..Zero happening ..new baby in the house and resorting to an air fryer for all cooking ....called this morning at 11am and asked to speak to someone in charge and got attitude..was told NOBODY is in charge here ....MAYBE THAT'S THE PROBLEM.....I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND CASH AND CARRY KITCHENS

Kitchen units look great. Delivery service was excellent, so efficient. Arrived as scheduled, brought in and stored with the pieces fitter required most accessible to front. Disappointed with designer who neglected to put in an upstand to rest worktop on, other accommodations now need to be put in place to resolve the issue. She also appeared to misread measurements fitter gave her, however I noticed this and was able to rectify that in time. Communication between fitter and designer seemed poor, what was requested in design for tall larders did not happen.

Triona and Gerry were very helpful to me when I needed to get a kitchen at short notice.It was a very good experience dealing with cash and carry kitchens,efficient fitters,quick turnaround from when I chose it and all round excellent service,thank you again Gerry and Triona

Good quality kitchen, well finished and fitted

The kitchen designer Sean was very helpful and professional and the whole process was very smooth and quick. Highly recommended!!

Our experience with C&C kitchens was enjoyable from start to finish. We found the design team were extremely knowledgeable always polite and helpful.
Once the design was complete we were given a date for delivery of the units and a date for installation. It was a pleasant surprise to see that both dates were honoured and the installation was completed exactly on time and to a high standard.

Great experience all round.

We have no hesitation in recommending Cash & Carry Kitchens.

This experience was very disappointing. Having previously had a kitchen install that went very smoothly, I was expecting the same level of service and skill. I would not recommend.

From my first visit to the Galway showroom to the kitchen been ready to use the cash and carry tesm were amazing. Sean Roche gave me great advice on layout options and colours. Declan Finnerty the fitter was great on site and the kitchen looks fabulous.

From start to finish Cash & Carry staff, Sean and Triona, have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. I am a very fussy client and need everything perfect,Sean was extremely understanding and patient of that. I got exactly what I wanted and asked for. Fitting done by Declan was incredible. We had to change our dates a few times, they all were extremely accommodating. Triona is an angel, wonderful to deal with and nothing is to much for her. She is what customer service should be. Thank you so much Cash & Carry. Love my new kitchen and utility room.

Unfortunately aftercare is non existent with these guys.
There was three laminate floorboards damaged in my hallway by either the guys delivering the kitchen or the installers.
Either way cash &carry have refused to acknowledge this.
The floors are new and I have some spare boards to replace the damaged ones but they won’t engage with me on it,
Pity really

Excellent service quickly done on time

The time that is allocated to the customer and everything is gone through with you and also the 3D images are brilliant, it is very easy to imagine your new kitchen fitted.

Joan in the Galway store was very approachable and informative in both design and quality of the products on offer. Joan was generous with her time in planning the layout and options for the kitchen.

Michael, a gentleman, went above and beyond with his fitting and installation skills.
After sales service was tested when plumber over tightened the tap but Triona ensured an immediate replacement was delivered. An all round superb experience at a competitive price delivering great value.
