A fabulous personalised travel experience from start to finish. I cannot recommend highly enough. Danielle was patient with all my queries and ideas and created a truly memorable and magical holiday experience for my family and I. We would always book through them in future.

Ally and her team made it easy and stress free to book a great holiday to Sorrento for the four of us. Case Travel added extras we wanted, for example, private transfer from the airport to the hotel. Checked prior to us booking, the hotel, facilities and area etc met our wishes for our super break away. They are the best!

This is the first time we have used Case travel and we will definitely be using them for future holidays. Danielle, Ally and Sue were really helpful and professional throughout the booking process and whilst we were away, sorting everything so we were not in the least bit stressed. Thank you.

Ally was suggested to us by our neighbours when we were looking to holiday in New Zealand. We simply told her that we wanted to go for five weeks, have a two day stopover in Singapore and wanted to "see and do everything in New Zealand that we ought not to miss". She produced a 42 page itinerary and, over a couple of months, we changed flights and added a few extra nights, all of which was dealt with brilliantly. Communication was superb throughout.

The holiday itself turned out to be flawless. Every flight, trip, connection, accommodation, car hire; everything went without hitch and gave us, quite simply, the "adventure" of a lifetime. Would not hesitate to recommend Ally and she is already helping us to plan our next trip.

Case Travel listened to what was require for our holiday and produced an excellent package for us taking into account our requirements for our holiday, budget etc. But they produced an itinerary which was planned perfectly for us, and one we certainly couldn't have found ourselves. Ally did a fabulous job for us with our trip to Australia and New Zealand earlier this year, and has come up with another great itinerary for our trip to Singapore and Japan next year.

Without doubt the best travel counsellor I have used. From first contact through to booking Ally has been extremely supportive and helpful providing information and advice as my wife and I explored options for our trip; which was primarily to see our daughter in Australia but with visits to Japan on the way out and Hong Kong on the return. I had attempted to it myself but it transpired a multi stop off trip is not easy to arrange so my recommendation to anyone planning a multi stop trip is to not to bother attempting it yourself and go straight to Ally. Even if planning a single stop trip in the future I will explore options first with Ally.

Just booked our second trip with Ally. I love the fact I give my wish list and budget which results in a couple of options for my trip. Perfect service!

What we love about using Ally, is how easy it is! We tell her where we want to go and she’ll come up with different options.
