Just read the other reviews. They are all spot on. I've NEVER had such a terrible experience with a retailer. If, however, you decide to ignore literally everyone else's review, do yourself a favor and use PayPal or some other such service that will help get your money back for fraudulent items. These people won't acknowledge you after they have your money. Also, consider running to your local market and picking up some Excedrin for the inevitable headache.

I bought a portable ionic water bottle from Casescene that didn't work. Its been 4 months and countless emails trying to get a replacment or refund which they said they would but still havent. Now they just ignore my emails altogether

Ordered a brand name product and received a knock off. Contacted company and never received any responses. Wasted 70 dollars on this company. DO NOT buy anything from them. Wish you could give zero stars because that's what they deserve.

Never order from this company. I ordered 2 fairies at two different times. They were to be in before Christmas. When I still had not received them in January I tried contacting them and my phone calls never went through. I finally received them after contacting my credit card company. They came directly from China in flimsy bubble wrap in the original package. The boxes were busted as well as the fairy. Again tried contacting them and did not get a response. NEVER, NEVER order from them. Scam!

They don’t even deserve one star. They actually get NEGATIVE stars. They sell knock off items after advertising them as authentic versions. When you follow their return protocol, they claim they never received it and will ignore all further requests and communication from you. I had waited 8 weeks for the piece of junk I had received from them and returned it immediately. It’s been 6 months since the item was received by them and still no refund. They ignore all attempts to communicate. I am going to expose this company for the fraud that they are in every single way possible so that others don’t get scammed as well. This will include a televised news segment exposing their shady practices and also filing a class action law suit. I will not stop until they are shut down.

I returned the fake monkey toys in November and I still haven't gotten my $68 refund. I have written numerous emails requesting my money back, but all I've gotten is nothing. No communication and no money, I wish I'd found this website and the reviews before I made the mistake of ordering from these scammers.

Bought toys for my daughters for Christmas. Arrived but they were fakes or knock offs.
Have tried numerous times to contact them but phone number doesn't work and get no response from any social media sites.
Reported to BBB, but this company didn't even respond to them!

After placing my order, I never received anything. Had to contact them a few times and months later I received the windshield cover from China, it was so useless and didn’t come fully with everything. I was told if I return that I would get a refund, my return was received by them based on the tracking. Contacted them a few times and never received a refund or a response back. This company is a scam!! DO NOT BUY!!!

Never buy from Case Scene!!! Package arrived months late, opened, and taped back together. A present for my granddaughter!!! Response ??? "Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry but this is honestly the first email we received from you. Although I can see that the packaging was damaged, it's also obvious that the items inside are not damaged. "

Run from this company, run fast! This is the worst company ever! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! It is impossible to get a hold of the company, email is the only way, which you NEVER get a response. Purchased a product in October, it supposedly shipped December 23, just to be “undeliverable” which I was never made aware. Only by tracking myself I found out. After multiple emails I have never heard a response and had to dispute the charge with my bank. This company is as unprofessional as it gets, they are a joke!

KNOCKOFF ITEMS
Early November I purchased a flying fairy for a Christmas present $24.95. Item did not arrive until late January. The fairy wasn't the one I ordered. It looked like something you would purchase for $1 from the dollar tree. I had sent several emails looking for my order with no response. I did a dispute with my bank and suddenly receive my item within 2 weeks.
When I got my delivery confirmation I replied back to tell them I wasn't happy with my purchase. I received a reply that I would need to return the item at my expense (I checked with the post office $14.25) within 30 days. My response to them was it took you over 70 days to get it to me and you expect me to return it in 30 days. I received a copy of their return policy. I will never do business with this company again.
PS: When I got home today I plugged the fairy up too see if it even worked. It immediately started smoking.

I have never left a bad review in my life.....restaurant screws up my order, I eat it anyway. No big deal. Not gonna sweat the small stuff. But this company is total BS. Do not order from them!!! My boss showed me an object he thought looked nice on their site so some fellow employees and I decided to order it for Christmas. I got a fake tracking number that referenced nothing and when I tried to call the number provided, nobody even answers. No response to my multiple emails. Not only did my package not arrive for two months (well after the holidays) but t was he wrong item! I’d course, even if they accepted calls/emails, this is way past their “refund/exchange time period” (haha). Terrible company. Can’t even say bad customer service, it’s zero customer service because you can’t even get acknowledged by anyone representing their company. Total scam and I hope I can save someone else the $$ and the stress of ordering from this sham operation.

Not a reputable company. Ordered LOL dolls. Clearly fake. Screws in the dolls, fake dolls, fake clothing, no accessories, fake pamphlets. They have a chemical smell. Case Scene would not make good on the clearly fake sale. I threw them out. Was afraid to even have them around due to the smell.

No item received. No emails responded. No money back. Worst service and unacceptable experience.

I also want to share that it cost me $35 to return items to China. That does not include tracking. I would have had to pay $68 for an $83 purchase.
Just another FYI. It has been a ridiculous company to work with.

I ordered two windshield covers (the kind to keep snow off of your windshield) in October as presents for Christmas. Two months should have been plenty of time, but they did not come until just this past week -- nearly three months after I had ordered them. I emailed customer service repeatedly during those months (especially as Christmas came and passed) and they did not reply until the package had been delivered. The response I received was given in a derogatory tone, and I was basically told to suck it up.
They also do not accept returns after 30 days past purchase...even if you receive your items a full 3 months after ordering them and are not satisfied with the products.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, I've had nothing but bad experiences with Case Scene.

Horrible place to shop would never order again placed an order receive some LOL dolls be for Christmas got them a month later they look bootleg the accessories that they came with them don't even fit the doll we ordered a box of four, two of them are the same. When place in water the color is suppose to change, does none of that.. Would never order again from here

Bad experience. Didn't get my product for 9 weeks. Box's were smashed in and ruined. Cost to much 25.00 to return to china with no guarantee that would get it after it left the U.S. Did not return. Wasted 50.00.

They make it so difficult to Return anything it’s a joke. The 800 customer service number is fake. If you call it you just get a recording saying that the account has been compromised and then hangs up. Stay away from this company you’ve been warned.

If you want a product that works; a company that communicates with you in some other way than their incessant email advertising; a company that responds to inquiries or a company that ships when it promises you should look somewhere else. These people may be the worst vendor I have ever used. I have tried reaching them by phone (they no longer answer customer phone calls); by responding to their texts to me (they never responded back) and by email to both their sales and their support teams. All must have just gone into empty air. They have never responded to anything. Sadly the product I bought did not work so I assume they ship crap and provide miserable customer service.
