Casemates is great about keeping you informed about your packages and work hard to clear up any issues if there are any. Samantha issued a refund when my wine box was damaged and returned to sender. I will continue to purchase from casemates as I have been a member since its early days.

99.9% of the time you won't have any issues with your orders. On the off chance you do encounter a problem, the customer service team will try their best to resolve the issue for you.
