I didn't receive all my order. The screen protector I did receive only lasted 3 weeks. This company needs to
1. Respond to customer's emails.
2. Honour their policy of 24 hour customer service.
3. Stock items that match the quality their advertising leads concumers to believe.

AVOID!! AVOID!! You have been warned!! Chinese scam website, don't go near it!!

Ordered a phone case on 9th Feb 23. It is now 8th March and nothing recieved. AUST POST say goods were not shipped. Have contacted them 7 times with no reply. Do not buy from this company.

CaseBuddy has sold me a faulty keyboard/ cover/ mouse pack, and have not responded to my 7 requests or assistance. As per their website I logged a support ticket #113882. I did everything as they list on their website when receiving a faulty item, and I am still waiting for a response. I can only assume that this company is a scam and I will have to take this matter further.

Total scam.

Not dispatched after a week.

No contact. No response.

Appalling.

Rubbish quality - item still showing as pending on tracking but was received - sent three emails and never got a response - submitted case through paypal to get a response and now have to pay for return shipping

No product ever received, no communication answered. This website has many negative reviews and have been reported to both Scam Watch and Consumer Affairs. Their advertised 24/7 support is non existent and they do not answer emails, nor do they provide a phone number or address to contact them on.
Do not waste your time shopping here, you will not receive your items.

Absolute scam. Order never received, never even shipped according to Australia post. Absolutely no response to my emails, non existent customer service. Have requested refund but obviously not holding out much hope. Save your money, buy elsewhere.

Disgraceful business who do not deliver products. They need to be dobbed in!!!

Although I was informed my item had been shipped, Australia Post still has not scanned it after a long time. I cannot get an answer to my emails either. Much too late for me to receive as I needed it before leaving the country. Very disappointing.

Day 6 and case is not even shipped yet.
Several emails, was just told they can’t refund as item is in transit.

The website is somewhat deceiving as it made it seem the item was warehoused in Australia. Now told it’s coming from HK

Stay away and order elsewhere

Ordered phone case,delivery time stated as 5 days. Today, eight days later item hasn't progressed past 'ordered' status, yet to be sent for delivery.

Deceptive marketing, imply that shipping and insurance is free and then you get hit with a fee for $18:50 on the invoice. At no point is any cost indicated prior to this. Emailed but no response despite emailing to say they wanted me to check my order was correct. Will be contacting consumer affairs if I do not receive appropriate response within the day.

So I'm giving this a 3 star for now. And the reason is because this company is based in China. They do not have a strong English support. Also with the cross country restrictions, they are abit out of luck when handling internationally.
For now I'll wait till I receive my Case, if its at least what I ordered, I'll give them 4 stars. If it's not, obviously 1 star

I ordered a case and paid express delivery. It never arrived. The fee was exorbitant and I have had difficulty ever since trying to track my order or contact someone from the company to resolve the issue. I believe they are fraudulent and I suggest you never buy anything from case buddy because they are rubbish

If I could give this company 0 star review I would. One of the worst companies I ever dealt with I went to pay in 4 ways with n paypal but accidentally pressed full payment. Once I received confirmation of order it stated to contact them straight away if there is a problem. I did contact them the minute I got the email I explained that it was an accident and that I need a refund as that was my rent money they didn't care I never got a response I sent 6 emails and nothing back they have no phone number. It's in dispute now with PayPal and who knows how long it will take to get a response. If I do get a refund can you believe they keep 25% to restock the item and we have to also pay the delivery back im convinced its a scam company the worst is I always do reviews before I buy from a company and for some reasonni completely forgot to do a review. I want to go to the ombudsman in regards to this and see what they say I did tell them that but they of course refused to read or get back to me this company makes me sick to my stomach

Terrible customer service. Do not buy from this company. I ordered an iPad Pro keyboard and case. It arrived and I had ordered the wrong size, my mistake. I contacted them about the correct size and they sent out another keyboard and case, the same, incorrect size.
They asked me to ship the keyboard back for a refund, but because it contains lithium batteries, it costs $100 to ship it back!
When I emailed them, their customer service person did not read the previous, attached emails and kept asking for my order number as they couldn’t find my name. What kind of ordering system is that?

And when I asked for the founder James Meyer to email me, no response. I think he is made up.

Don’t waste your time with this company.

Will never use this company again! One star is the lowest I can review - if there was anything lower I would have rated lower

Website quotes - Quick Australia Wide Delivery & evenat checkout delivery time was advised of 3-5 working day delivery. Once purchased this product & pasted the delivry time I contacted Casebuddy for tracking information only to be advisedd order was coming from Hong Kong. Once tracking checked with the link supplied - noted delivery was coming from China.
Advised company I needed the goods ASAP & requested a refund - they declined & advised if I sent the goods back once & if the arrived I woould be hit with fees & charges. Now out of pocket $129.00AUD with no product to show......
