​Was happily minding my own business, winding down. If you are looking to pay to be publicly interrogated by a member of staff who takes their minimum-wage floor-manager job way too seriously, this is the place for you!

10/10 would rather be audited by HMRC and standing barefoot in a room full of Lego bricks. Save your money, save your dignity, and go literally anywhere else where the staff can tell the difference between actual paying customers and a non-existent crime wave.

Delusional, rude, unprofessional customer service.

Absolutely disgusting service would give 0 if possible. No idea of customer service. Were asking customers to leave so that people could come in and watch the football. Everyone around us was complaining. My niece had booked a table with a screen view she wasn’t given one when we complained the manager Yusuf said either take what your given or leave!!! So we stayed where we were but things got progressively worse if it wasn’t for the female staff member we wouldn’t have even got our drinks so Thankyou to her. Anyway then we asked for a coal change he changed mine and then went to other tables without changing my nieces. After 3 more times asking my husband got angry and shouted. Instead of just changing the coal, 5 staff members came to our table and asked us to leave….they pulled shisha pipes out of our hands and said leave now. The male members of our party did but we decided we’d finish our drinks first… so the curly haired staff member came and said are u leaving pay the bill so I told him calmly we’re just finishing our drinks. He then said pay the bill then if you’re not moving as before this they’d said leave we don’t care if you don’t pay. My niece then said don’t speak to us like that to which he replied “ive got more power than you” who speaks to customers like that?? We got up, went and gave our bill back to the manager and told him we’re not paying he then smirked at us as he found it hilarious that we had to leave…. So that’s when the fun really started as he then said we made the female staff member cry! So we asked her and you know what she said “no you didn’t im just overwhelmed at how everyone’s complaining “ It’s only when I said to the manager that his staff are rude and obnoxious and I’d be speaking to the owner Mr Makda, that he started apologising. Never ever have we been treated like that anywhere! We always go to Amoura where we are treated like family today we tried out cascade but we won’t be doing that again….Mr Makda you need a new manager and new staff members or you’ll be out of business. We came to celebrate a birthday and it was amazing vibes, we especially loved the customer service from T, she was so welcoming and made us feel so comfortable!!!

A nice please to chill with friends, the staff is welcoming and friendly.

Great experience we had , especially from Yusuf the staff member. He was very kind and friendly, we did enjoy our meal me and my husband. Will recommend this place and come back again. The food was amazing

We were a group of 20 the service was great and fast the food was delicious and came out super quick as did the shisha!
The staff were patient with us all and really friendly. Have us free tea and cake at the end too!! Will defo be back here again!
