Working with Casainc has been an amazing experience. It started when I purchase the very functional and beautiful wall-mount shower system with rainfall, waterfall and handheld several years ago up to today when I contacted customer service.

Also, I would like to share with you that the shower system is amazing. The spa feeling experience is relaxing and invigorating at the same time. In addition, it makes my shower look very luxurious.

I recently contacted customer service for a small replacement part. Mari was kind and responsive and found the part I needed and will be shipping it to my home immediately.

I was relieved to learn CASAINC had a replacement canopy in stock for purchase for my 15ft Solar 36 LED Lighted Outdoor Double-Sided Patio Umbrella with Cover.

They replaced a grate that came broken and made the process super easy!

I had a broken arm on my umbrella. I sent pictures and had a replacement in a couple of days. Excellent customer service.

I was impressed that I was able to reach a representative that was truly professional. She located my item and contacted the factory to see if they could accommodate my request. They were not able to provide my modification but they researched the request and responded the next day. Good customer service. Thank you.

They were very helpful with replacing parts that were damaged

They provided a special order at reasonable price and delivered it within a reasonable time. Easy to work with.

The process for replacement was very long. About one month from instigating to completion. There were delays in communication and getting responses as well as a significant delay in actually getting the replacement product.

In addition the replacement product did not have sufficient instructions to install as the replacement lacked many component that had to be taken from the original.

The service rep was great but delays and a lack of care from those above her hampered the customer service aspects.

Purchased ready to build cabinets. Product is well made and easy to assemble. The shipper lost 4 in transit, Casa Inc. was very responsive and shipped out replacement cabinets without hassle. Would buy from them again.

Contacted Casainc via email. One of my customers had a problem with a tub spout. Something in the casting I believe. Casainc has jumped into action to fix the issue. Great customer service

Great products and great service, highly recommend CASAINC.

I ordered the umbrella after our house fire to replace the one we lost but it took longer to get back in our home than we thought and after opening the umbrella and finding the light missing. I called the company and explained the situation and even though it was past the one year warranty they offered to send a replacement light.

I purchased the 10" wall mount rain shower system in brushed nickel 3 years ago when I remodeled the bathroom. Not only did it meet my expectations, it exceeded them. The look is fantastic and easy to clean and maintain. The reason I am writing this review at this time is because it has functioned very well and the test of time proves it. I highly recommend it to anyone who is remodeling or on a new installation. You can't go wrong with any systems from Casa Inc.

Casainc has been great to work with. They have a wide variety of product and designs. They also have an excellent customer service that is always quick and efficient!

We purchased a shower system with a waterfall head and a handheld shower in 2021 and have thoroughly enjoyed this product ever since! I really love how you can turn on both features at the same time, or can do one or the other. The waterfall head is really relaxing, but you also get the experience of a more traditional shower with the handheld. This is a great unit for anyone considering upgrading! I will also add, I recently contacted their customer service for assistance on a few things, and found them to be highly responsive, professional, and they went out of their way to ensure my needs were fully met. An all-around great experience!

Maggie from service support was extremely helpful to help me identify, track down and order a replacement part (diverter cartridge from a 3-4 year old model). She kept me up to date with detailed responses every step of the way - and I’m extremely grateful for that.

Certainly will be sticking with CASAINC for future projects bc of this experience.

We had bought a faucet for our bathroom and when we installed it it was damaged. We contacted Casainc they were fantastic. They replaced it and sent a new one to replace it. And called multiple times to check to see if we got it.
