Recently dropped into the Garden City store, whilst out shopping, and asked Triss "what does Carzoos do? He explained their system which seemed very simple. As I had been in the process of upgrading a Kia Sportage, I took him up on his offer to give me a price on an outright sale basis. As the vehicle was at the shopping centre (at about 5.30pm) when we spoke he dropped down to the carpark for a brief inspection. At the time, he told me to expect a phone call and offer the next day.
Late the next day I received an offer (subject to their test drive)which was thousands over a trade in figure from local Kia dealer, and a thousand dollars more than an offer from another on-line service.I accepted the superior Carzoos offer and arranged to drop the car off a few days later at my convenience. As arranged, with Triss, I delivered the car which was taken for a short quick drive, and provided my bank account details for payment the next day by direct credit.
As arranged, the sale proceeds were in my account the next day, and I even received a follow up from Triss to ensure that the funds had arrived within the agreed time frame.
Overall, this has been an easy and stressless transaction and everything promised by Triss has happened like clockwork. The bonus is that I received a better price than offered elsewhere and didn't need to bother about the often drawn out process of selling privately. Good work from Triss and Kerry at Carzoos.

Thanks for making my trade-in so easy. And the offer from car zoo's was $400 over anyone else's. The only negative was that it was not clear that the windows were not tinted (another $495) and that the car was located far away so needed to pay another $200 to relocate the car, after I decided this was the car I wanted.. It would be much nicer to know upfront about relocation fees and untainted windows! Other than that, great service.

Triss from Carzoos garden city made buying my new Kia a walk in the park. Few calls, signed some papers and walked in to grab my keys two days later. Do recommend.

Great sales experience. After sales service non-existent. Got sent to a dealership for fixed price serving, only to walk out spending $3800. Very disappointed, never again.

Would have given a zero start if I could. Enquired about a car and had a guy from Carzoo call. He indicated that the only way to see the car was via appointment. I made an appointment and made him aware that it was over an hour drive from home. I drove to Brendale to view the car and upon arriving there with about 2 minutes to spare they were showing others and then went for a test drive. What a waste of time and poor service. They even tried saying if I wanted to drive a Fiesta to give me an indication what the focus would drive like. Two different car really??? Hope the people they ended up putting in my appointment time did not buy the car and would not recommend this business to anyone.

Carzoos’s was easy to deal with and no mucking about. The only negative would be perhaps they need more staff!! They sold 4 cars in the 40 odd minutes I was there to buy mine, and more people kept coming in, and it was 2pm Wednesday!!!
My car was great, good price and made it an easy experience.

It did take a little longer to actually receive my car due to having to wait for a part but apart from that I have nothing negative to say. The process is very hassle free, can highly recommend Carzoos. Very pleased with my Honda Civic.

I had recently purchased a vehicle from Carzoos in Garden city and had been through some unexpected delays. At the time I had been really upset and Kerry that managed the store in Garden city had acted really professionally and really went out of her way to accommodate and make the sale a good experience at the end of it. She had arranged for the car to be dropped off for me as I had taken time off to sort it and it was delayed. On top of that there was an issue with the key and she had made arrangements to resolve that with the car dealership to get the key repaired. So even though the car sale price was really low , she treated it like any other sale and that all customers matter regardless of the price tag. So Well done to Kerry from Garden City and will definitely recommend carzoos to others as well.
