A great service. Friendly and reliable. From the initial contact via phone, to the assessment of the cooker and quote, to the ordering of parts and keeping us informed, right through to today's visit and repair I can't fault the service. Danny was really helpful, sorted out the cooker and explained what he'd done. Top job.

The engineer was prompt, clean and helpful in the advice he gave us. It helps very much having the same engineer each year.

I have known Danny for many years since he services my Rayburn annually, He is always ready to help and deals with my lack of knowledge of practicalities with his usual patience. He is a top man!

Excellent workmanship. Part took a longtime to arrive but once arrived the Esse was repaired. The hob controls are better than when first purchased. The doors were adjusted correctly and electronics replaced. The engineer was polite and extremely knowledgeable.

Danny, the engineer who always services our AGA is very good at his job and highly personable. A real asset to the company. Carvers put in our AGA over 20 years ago and we have been most impressed by the continuing after sales support - a rare commodity in run of the mill enterprises who are solely interested in profit.

Danny the engineer, he has serviced our Aga for years. Always gives good advice. Turns up on time (very rare) these days with other trades.

Known locally as Carvers Cooker Centre have been providing a first class sales and after sales service for many years. We brough or Le Canche oven from 12 years ago and apart from a couple of door hinges it has'nt miss a beat. Have, and will continue to do so, reccomended them to many friends.
