Ben truly exceeded expectations in selling the vehicles for me. He consistently provided updates on the process. Additionally, they took care of organizing all necessary repairs and services, which was incredibly helpful. Carvoult comes highly recommended.

very disappointed dealing with them.. i paid £16.000 for the bmw and the car had so many issues and oil leaks they tried to hide it and they should not sell it like .. i keep contacting them and they keep putting the phone down to me what a type of people!!!!!

I bought a Land Rover Discovery Sport from The Car Vault and it such a lovely car. HOWEVER from the minute I drove the car away I had nothing but issues. Warning lights, loss of power, battery faults, cameras not working the list is endless. The business then mysteriously dropped off the face of the earth for months with nobody to contact at all. I finally got back in contact with the garage in January (care in mind I bought the car in July and have a string of messages Iv sent that all delivered and just ignored) Zak then took the time to call me about my messages and said he wanted to get the issues sorted. He came to collect my car and took it to the garage. The next day it was returned and I was given an invoice for work and told the car is running as it should. Less than 4 days later issues again. My car had to be toed away by the AA because it wouldn’t start at all, it is completely irreparable! Iv messaged the garage 4 times since the issues started again and what would you know, IGNORED. Iv spent £12000 of money I had saved to get a car I needed that would fit my growing family. I was assured (all over message) there is no issues with this car. It couldn’t be further than the truth. From the minute I drove this car away the faults stared and I am disgusted. AVOID this place and do not even entertain looking at a car from them. Read the other reviews and pay attention to them. I was asked to write a review after my car was ‘fixed’ and I did and gave them a good rating, iv now changed it to this to reflect my actual experience and now I have lost my car and £12000 I can’t even afford to replace it. Disgusting

Ben has been brilliant, helping and advising me in a sticky situation on the purchase of my first classic Porsche. His a pleasure to deal with and never out of reach, he always comes back to you quickly and you can but only be impressed with his knowledge. I strongly recommend Ben.

Ben has done a great job building a dedicated space for conditioned storage of vehicles.
Dropped vehicle off and had it collected without any problems. Will use CarVault again next winter.

I felt Ben went over and above to sell the cars for me. Kept me informed at all times what was happening. Also they arranged all the repairs and services that needed doing which was a huge help to me.

We could not have been made more welcome on our visit to the workshop and thoroughly enjoyed it. The car was comprehensively described on the website and proved even better than I had hoped on inspection. If you are a car enthusiast, buy from another enthusiast. Ben is a proper enthusiast!

Ben and Will were delightfully obliging and patient in making a (by their standards) relatively lowly classic available for me to do a fairly comprehensive investigation. I was impressed by their candour and realism about the provenance of the car, and its potential value, and would definitely recommend them.

Although no transaction took place I found Ben to be professional at all times when in conversation with him, great service.

I've wanted a particular Maserati and Ben sold me the perfect car. It was a pleasure dealing with him, really helpful, great premises and even applied a good warranty for peace of mind. I used his storage facility for while which is immaculate and secure. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from Ben.

Fantastic customer care… expertise and flexibility ,nothing was too much trouble, and for me this was essential as I was not in the country for some of the period.

Thought I’d wait a couple of weeks before doing this (just in case). The Porsche is AMAZING!!! Everything as described and it’s a rocket at a very competitive price. Ben kept me informed with photos etc and the whole process was pretty straight forward considering I saw the car whilst out of the country and didn’t see it until I picked it up. Needless to say I was very impressed. His colleague who did the handover was professional and knowledgeable and I can safely say I would definitely deal with Carvault again. Let’s see if the can find me a 991 Targa in a few years!!! 🤣🤣🤣. Top job Carvault I’m made up with my new car…
