Excellent service from Matt on a long and potentially complex installation.
Drive is 25m away from the house and I wanted our garden undisturbed. Matt was able to come up with a thoughtful way of routing the cable to avoid this, which is more than his competitors were.
Excellent work done to a high level of service and quality. The whole team was brilliant start to finish.
I have just had a new fuseboard among other things, from Carter Electrical. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure we were up and running again with full power as soon as possible. Fantastic service from the whole team.

After my inital enquiry about getting a small job done communication was excellent. After a few questions (phone call the same day) a quote was received the next day and the job completed a week later. Post work queries were answered fully and - again - promptly.
I would be happy to use Carter Electrical for work in the future.
It can be hard to find people prepared to take on relatively small projects, but Carter Electrical were excellent.
I was very happy with everything start to finish! They treated my house like their own and did an amazing job despite it being quite a complex install (you would never know they had even been there!). Great people to work with too so i highly recommend!
I was in need of a last minute electrician, when I phoned, they were extremely helpful and got someone out to me within hours. They got everything fixed for me quickly.

Very professional, friendly, and tidy. Carter Electrical installed our solar panels/inverter/hot water diverter and set it up as a smart home. I highly recommend them.

Carters were prompt in giving me a quote for installing an EV charging point at my house. An appointment was given and Thomas was polite, efficient & helpful in installing it up for me. I did have a problem the following day which Matt sorted out over the phone.
