Scam company.
Ordered a range finder mid December 2019 now 16th March 2020 numerous mails later and same response......looking into it.
Shame on them.......the wheel is round and it will come back to them.

This company is a scam, they charge your account and never send your goods. When you requests a refund someone by the name of Pam Warner keeps stalling saying hat she's looking into your order but never does.

ordered a range finder Jan 3 have not received no shipping info e-mailed several times asking questions, get a response from A PAM saying ordered is being prepared for shipping or on way will provide info still nothing. This company is a scam , Have sent letter to Better Business Bureau, and a letter to Justice Department.

I ordered my item December 19th. It’s March 6th. Almost 3 months later I still have not received my item! $150 down the drain. I am p***ed!!!!! DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!! I WANT A REFUND!!!!!!

Been waiting 5 months for 2 baby sharks still not here. Have since found them in New Zealand and work out half the price. I have repeatedly asked for a refund but receive the same email every time saying they cant its on the way and dont answer any of my other questions. I didnt realise i was paying in american dollars either.

Do not go near this company. I ordered 2 golf rangefinders through an ad on Facebook on 9th October. Like everyone else here on Trustpilot I have nothing. I fear I may have left it too late to complain to my Credit Card provider who tell me that a normal time period for them to act is 120 days.
After 5 months of stalling emails from Pan from Cartcrate I should have raised the issue with my credit card much sooner.

Scam! Thieves! I ordered and paid in November 2019. It's now March 2020. Received emails indicating the order is being packaged for delivery. I complained a dozen times over the past 4 months. Nothing. I emailed them recently and their help email has been discontinued.

I’m still waiting for my order from November. They will only respond with automated emails. It’s a scam.

Do not buy from these people I ordered a book bag Jan 9th and NEVER RECEIVED IT they took my money and lied and said my item was being shipped

I ordered a shark backpack on Dec 19th for my grandson and haven't received it yet but they took my $20 for it. Its now Feb 24th. Won't order from them again. Keep sending me emails that its been shipped but yet I have no tracking number.

DO NOT USE THEM - THEY ARE SCAMMERS - YOU WILL GET AN EMAIL SAYING THEY WILL CONTACT YOU AND SEND A SHIPPING NUMBER THEN YOU HEAR NOTHING AND KEEP SENDING THE SAME EMAIL
LUCKILY I HAVE AMEX SUPPORT WHO HAVE REFUNDED ME AND ARE INVESTIGATING THEM

They never delivered...And will not respond to me. My loss and learning experience...Do not buy from them, period.

Just an update for those who might be thinking of buying from these crooks. Despite being told my item was on its way, nothing arrived. I Raised a complaint via pay pal who could get no response from aforementioned robbing b****ds. Once I’d escalated the issue my money was refunded. Just make sure you do it within the time frame!!
They’re crooks, pure and simple.

Crooks!! Do not buy from this company! Total SCAM! FRAUD!!!

Thieves!, Scam artists and liars. That's civil and friendly considering what we've been through.
Do NOT buy from these people!
They haven't sent my goods and quickly cashed my PayPal.
We have a litany of lies and misrepresentations for over 2 months - all recorded.
We will not stop here we will denigrate them in anyway we can. They must be stopped!

I complained to Facebook, Facebook took them off their ads. Complained to Better Business Bureau, after a bunch of complaints they now have an alert for this company. If you bought through PayPal, please call them and make a complaint. At first they quit, then 2nd complaint about Carte crate, they are investigating. Call them. What this company is doing is against the law.

It's sad that this company manages to score stars as there is no zero rating I'm sure if there was they would have a big zero don't be scammed and steer well clear of this mob

TOTAL SCAM.... They deserve 0 stars and to have their website shut down! Turned all my info over to the BBB, and my local law enforcement agency.

I ordered something from them it was supposed to be a christmas gift it has now been over 2 months and have not received it and everytime I ask for a refund I get the runaround that your order will be shipped soon I have had it with them I have been patient with them now my patience has run out and I will never order a single thing from them again
