Amazing service by both CarTakeBack and the garage I was put in touch with.
Filled out the details and accepted the quote then was contacted by email within minutes and called in person by the wonderful people at H. K. Motors in Wrexham within an hour or so.
H. K. Motors then sent a lovely older gentleman with a truck at around 11am the next morning. The whole process taking less than 24 hours. Payment was in my account via BACs the very same afternoon
Then, within a week I had through the post the DVLA Certificate of Destruction from H.K Motors.
I would highly recommend both carTakeBack and H. K. Motors of Wrexham.

Was dubious about using an online scrappage service but this company was very good. Supported throughout and plenty of help at each stage. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Really good communication through the whole process. Very friendly guy who picked up my car. Explained how to complete the process online. And the money arrived in my bank the next day. Couldn't have been easier.
