Fantastic experience both buying and selling, have done a few over the years. They don't own any cars, it's basically a service. Like a layer between buyer and seller making sure everything is safe and fair. Yes like any market place you have a bad seller or buyer at times, but at least you don't have to deal with it - they literally take all the calls, join you at every step and even handle all the payments. Loved it

If you’re a seller do not use.This is a bait and switch scheme that any seller should not use. The initial inspection and ad upload is very good. But this is just a website for dealers to bid you down. And customer service is awful. Avoid.

Mijn wagen stond te koop voor €2000. Dit had ik op voorhand aangegeven en doorgegeven dat ik niet van de prijs zou afwijken.
Er kwamen 2 mensen kijken. 1 opdringerige man en 1 persoon die erbij stond te kijken. Het was een overweldigend gesprek waarbij ik €1500 cash in mijn handen kreeg gedrukt. Ik heb dit teruggegeven en wou bij mijn vraagprijs blijven. De opdringerige man en ik hebben verder gepraat en na lang discussiëren heb ik de wagen verkocht voor €1800.

De reservesleutel lag bij mijn ouders. De opdringerige man is met mijn wagen vertrokken en de stille man is met zijn wagen meegereden om de sleutel op te halen. Toen we bij mijn ouders aankwamen begon de man zich meteen te excuseren bij mij want ik was opgelicht. De wagen was zelfs meer dan €2000 waard en zou niet voor export dienen. Hij wordt verder verkocht voor het 3-dubbele van de prijs. De man excuseerde zich uitvoerig.

Ik voel me op zijn minst in het zak gezet. Ik ben alleenstaande en kon die extra €200 heel goed gebruiken. Door de agressieve en opdringerige aanpak durf je op een bepaald moment niet meer ‘nee’ zeggen.

Horrible experience -- I have paid the deposit for the car to CarSwitch, then I was waiting for a almost week until they were trying to reach buyer, confirmed the viewing -- and after waiting for even more -- it appears the the card was _sold _!!! How? Just a pure wasting of time and money -- truly the _worst_ experience of buying a car in Dubai!
Not recommended, not trustworthy, humiliating attitude towards buyers!

As far as the process of buying the car it was fairly easy and straightforward. The problems came after I bought the car. Their "inspection" revealed no major faults apart from needing to replace tires. However less than 3 months with the car and I was left with a 26000aed mechanics bill where drive belts and other things failed causing the car to break down. All things that should have been identified in the inspection, I brought this to carswitches attention and suggested that they should offer to cover some of the costs, their internal investigation found no wrongdoing on their part, despite falsely advertising no issues with the car, and that I was stuck with the entire repair bill.
I would not recommend them to anyone, they are there to take money for advertising cars only and their "inspections" are not worth the paper they are printed on.

Bought Ford Ranger a couple of weeks ago. Sunny was professional, great customers service and honest about the paperwork. We picked the Ford the next day it had been valeted. Sunny promised to send the rear light cluster. We received the item as promised.We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Car Switch service. Sunny was patient, never once made us feel pressured. There were no hidden fees and l was impressed with their transparency. I would highly recommend Car Switch Ltd. We are thrilled with our choice. We will definitely return for future.

Everything. No process, no service. They are just collecting fee for advertisements and then no post advertisement service. Offers get rejected automatically by system without consulting the seller.

Stay away! Total waste of time for car sellers! They have fake google reviews, they delete the negative reviews from google. I posted, my friends posted their negative expriences, all were delete by google!

Here are the issues I encountered while buying a car from carswitch. Please read and take note before using their services!

- On the day of the car visit, the carswitch representitive was pushing me to agree the price prior to viewing the car!

- The representitive didn't advise I needed to take in-person photos of the car to enable full comprehensive insurance. The car I was buying was a 4 hour drive away from me. Might sound silly but as a first time buyer they should have advised me of this.

- At the point of sale the car didn't have periodic maintence complete therefore delayed the purchase. This should have been checked prior to sale...

- Representitive tried charging extra 150 riyals for delivery even though I already paid 400 riyals! Then I was told the car couldn't be delivered because it was registered under my name... with this being said, how was the car supposed to be delivered then?? I had to ask a friend to pick the car up and take to the delivery depot. Then the representitive had the cheek to ask my friend to send pictures and videos of the car then send them to him! He asked me to do his job for him!

All in all rubbish experience and not worth their fee.

I had an exceedingly unsatisfactory encounter with CarSwitch. The assertion of a meticulous vehicle inspection, which ostensibly warranted my purchase decision, was regrettably far from the reality. Subsequent to my acquisition, during a routine oil change procedure, it was shockingly revealed that an extensive array of leaks pervaded the vehicle, spanning from the engine to the rear axle.

Upon attempting to address this concerning revelation with their after-sales department, I was met with the familiar refrain of "Kindly refer to our terms and conditions, sir" followed by a disheartening declaration of non-accountability.

In light of this disconcerting experience, I am compelled to withhold any endorsement for CarSwitch. I would, instead, earnestly advise prospective buyers to explore alternative avenues, such as Dubizzle, for a more reliable and transparent transaction experience.
