This company is a scam! Don't have any dealing with Brad or Sam they are brokers. They pressure you into signing a contract for a price that they will not honor! I signed a contract with a deposit of $200 (which goes to the broker) and for a total of $1,700 to $2,000. They did not show up on the scheduled time (changing it multiple times). And they continued to change times and dates and asked for more money to get the car shipped. Nothing this company ever told me was truthful during this entire process. This business is shady and uses unprofessional practices.

This company is a scam! They are brokers, not in the US. They pressure you into signing a contract for a price that they will not honor! I signed a contract with a deposit of $200 (which goes to the broker) and for a total of $1,100. They did not show up on the scheduled time (changing it multiple times) saying the roads were closed. And they continued to change times and dates and asked for more money to get the car shipped. I eventually got the car shipped after 5 different potential drivers & more than a week delay and stressful process especially being on a time schedule. Nothing this company ever told me was truthful during this entire process. This business is shady and uses unprofessional practices. Bypass car transport brokers especially those not based in the US and go to regional transport drivers!

Do not trust them and do not pay a deposit to "reserve" a spot that they do not have!
Quoted $625 on June 16 for pick.up on June 17. Despite 3 calls, and texts, no pick.up.."working on getting a driver for that price"
June 18 4pm, still no driver, "HOWEVER, a driver could pick up tonight sometime after 6pm, but price is slightly higher... $2,000!!! (3 x the quoted price to me is not SLIGHTLY HIGHER)
or we can wait maybe tomorrow or in a few days, we can have another driver for less"

Hired car shipping express to transport my son who passed away Nissan from Arizona to Oklahoma signed contract for $850.00 paid $350.. deposit they scheduled a date of may 23 between 2-4 .. I waited and waited no driver showed up so I called and now the price was up to $1200.00 and then three days later up to $1700. After a month of negotiation with this company they were up to $2700.00 I asked for a refund on multible occasions and was refused they tried to bully me into signing a second contract and I refused .. and the so called supervisor sam was very rude insisting they were a good company and if I paid $ 2700.00 ..Sophia and another would pay the remanded of the now over $ 3000.00 out of their own pocket.. fast forward although I was told a refund was sent on multible occasions I have yet to receive my refund and it is now June 16th.. I have asked them at least one dozen times to stop contacting me and they have continued to contact me with offer of a driver for even more money.. and have even told me I am ungodly for arguing with them.. they have some nerve.. this was the biggest scam I have ever seen.. and give the bait and switch and mentioned several time how my son who passed away would want his car with his children .. actually using my sons death as a ploy to scam me out of even more money I have a months worth of text with harassment and bullying from these scammers.. and yes they are scammers my sons car is still in Arizona and the still have not issued my refund.. I would avoid this company at all cost if I was you they are liars and scammers and thief’s.. and this company will be reported to every agency there is.. they are frauds and should be shut down and put out of business for what they do to consumers with their bait and switch scam..and having $350.00 may not be a lot to some people but it’s a lot to me after just paying my sons funeral.. car shipping express is a horrible horrible company that attempted to use my sons death to scam five time the amount of signed contract me.. they are a disgrace to the shipping industry and they should be shut down..

This company promised me a cheap final price just to get me to agree and sign the contract. After that on the date of the pickup, they changed the price and tried to charge me five times more. from $700 to $2.2K and said they can control as the driver gives the final price.

Do not trust this company. In my experience, this was a classic bait-and-switch. They do not give you a clear real price upfront. They send you a quote, tell you it is the final price, ask you to sign the contract, and then later claim the price is different.

This was extremely dishonest and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Another one of those shippers that quotes low and surprise surprise has to more than double your quote in order to ship your vehicle... my rep sounded to be of Indian nationality so doubt he was even in the U.S. charged a deposit and then kept it when I refused to pay double what was quoted.

I have a great experience with this broker, Jennifer is amazing, she find a good carrier and organize everything in the highest level.

The shipping from Denver to Houston for my 4 cars went as planned and even better. Jennifer stayed on top of the transaction from the time i ansked for a quote until the cars delivered. Great customer service. I am planning to send my next load through this company.

This is the good service that I recommend.

Well, the representative was very polite. The original cost was very good, so I picked her for the cost and the politeness. After being told the driver couldn't make it, I had to call the seller to keep them informed. After so many days, and the seller expectation of going on vacation the following week. It got chaotic, but the representative was very kind. But then the big whammie happened and they couldn't find a driver, and cost went up from($425-900), very disappoint, bad experience from that. But by the end, I have the frame and the Gentleman was paid. All in all, I say I never had the ability to dispute the changes, or who knows what would have come out of it, which did make it preferable contract. Not sure if I'll ever do it again.

Gave me $300 rate to pick up and drop off. Said it will be pick up next day but didn’t because of some “technical” issues. They were nice to stay in touch constantly but later change the rate to $950. I would have believed them if they were upfront with the business and their rate but changing later what you already have committed is wrong. The delivery guy was nice.

Had a fantastic experience working with carshipping express. I will always recommend them to family and friends and hope to work with them over and over again.

This company is a scam and reviews are not legit. They give you a low rate to lock you in and cancel last minute and ask for a higher rate. All the names are also fake. Daniel who is the driver they match you first it's their own staff and not a actual driver. You end up paying more than others and go through a stressful process

WARNING — My experience with Carshipping Express INC was an absolute nightmare and appears to match a disturbing pattern reported by many other customers.
I contracted with this company to ship my car for an agreed-upon price of $650. Pickup was scheduled for 05/15/2026 and delivery for 05/18/2026.
The car was NEVER picked up.
Then, after missing the pickup date entirely, Sofia from the company contacted me on 05/18/26, which was supposed to be the delivery day, demanding $1900 just to get the vehicle picked up, tripling the originally contracted price.
When I refused to be pressured into paying thousands more after they failed to perform, they attempted to charge me a $200 cancellation fee despite never transporting the vehicle.
After researching further, I discovered multiple customers reporting the exact same pattern:
* low initial quote,
* delayed or missed pickup,
* sudden massive price increase,
* then pressure tactics and deposit/cancellation disputes.
At that point, this no longer looks like an isolated issue. It looks like a business model.
I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to read reviews VERY carefully before signing anything or paying a deposit.
In my opinion, this was one of the most unprofessional and misleading companies I have dealt with in a long time.

Had a hiccup but Jennifer was on it and negotiations were quick. She had driver there in hours.

They never come to pick up the car as promised. The excuse they gave is always about driver not available, driver had accident. Then when they find the next driver, the new price is $1900 instead of the contracted stated $650. ANd if you want to cancel becuase they did not pick up the car, they will charge you $200 cancellation fee. PLEASE AVOID using them.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PLEASE THEY ARE SCAMMING NO COMMUNICATION AND WILL LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY THE QOUTES ARE LIES!!
