I purchased a car through CarsFromWest, for $15k , and my experience was extremely disappointing.
The vehicle was listed under “Normal Wear / Minor Dent-Scratches,” with no indication of any structural issues and no undercarriage photos provided. However, upon delivery, the vehicle had a severe frame damage,which is a major structural safety concern. And value, car is worth 6k with this damage.
And this type of damage should have been disclosed or properly categorized (e.g., frame or undercarriage damage), especially since those categories exist on the auction platform.
I reached out to resolve the issue, but instead of accountability, I received vague responses and no meaningful resolution.
Buyers should be very cautious when relying on listing descriptions, as my experience suggests that critical information may not be properly disclosed.

You should not never buy car from them. This is almost a 6 months they did not refund my money back.
They are not business. they are professional scammers.

Tried getting them on the phone about transaction details I was interested in purchasing a car from a local auction. Voicemail, email no response. Took them 4 days to call me back. What would happen if I actually proceeded to do business with them with that kind of support? I tried to cancel but it was just over a month of their "agreement". I conceded paying for a month and refund the difference. No, inflexible cant refund. So you take peoples money and provide ZERO service in return! What an amazing business formula for you!

I found a 1987 Porsche 944 on Copart, but it required a dealer license to buy. That’s when I found Carsfromwest - they are Copart brokers. I wanted to buy the car at the buy now price, but they told me I could get it cheaper by bidding at the auction. And they were right - I would have overpaid. Now I’ve finished restoring the interior, replaced all the belts,all maintenance problems. The car wouldn’t start only because the starter was bad - that’s it. I got incredibly lucky. The car came with all it's service records since 1987 in a thick binder. It is a gem!

Can recommend this copart broker!!! I knew absolutely NOTHING about auctions, asked a thousand questions, and they answered every single one with insane patience. I bought my first car for my daughter, and I’m already coming back for a truck for myself! 10/10 experience!

I bought a car with hail damage and tho it would be way worse, but it ended up having just 2 small dents on the hood and 2on the roof . I’m really happy with the car! Of course, something still had to go wrong - fedex lost my title on the way to me, lol. But the guys got a duplicate in just 2weeks, so huge kudos to them for the awesome service

For the first time (and now not for the last time) I used the services of this broker to buy a car at Copart. I can say with confidence that the scheme is transparent and works as it should, without all kinds of lags. The guys did their job well, everything that depended on them. I received the car a few days after payment. Everything is very fast. Respect for such work. I especially want to note the support that the company provides to its customers, almost 24/7/365. Whoever found bad reviews about them is most likely the work of competitors who play dirty games.

HIGHLY recommend working with these guys. They helped me above and beyond what they needed to before, during, and after the purchase. I’m super happy

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Their customer service is terrible. I have been trying for a month to get a title transferred over into my name. They did not send all that my state needed to do so the first time, eventually sent a much needed document to transfer the second time, I tried again and the state is requesting that they fill out an Affidavit of Fact that lists the actual mileage on the car and they refuse to do so. They told me to try a different DMV office and that should solve the problem. I sent a list of what the state needs today by email. This was filled out by the agent at the DMV. They will not do it and since they are already taking so long in getting the things to me that I need to transfer the title by 30 days (state law), I am going to have to pay Title Penalty, which is listed on the form that the agent at the county filled out.
All throughout my dealings with this company, they try to act as if I am an idiot when it is them who clearly either do not know what they are doing or are committing fraud on purpose. Of course, I do not know what is needed by my state to transfer a title of a vehicle won at an auction because I am not the one who puts all the rules and laws in place to transfer titles. they are the ones selling cars at auction and SHOULD know what to do for each state they sell in.
