Fast and efficient

The whole process what excellent, easy to apply, guided with professionalism and Rachel worked with me to ensure I got what I wanted, in such a short amount of time, much appreciated

Rachel made this such a pleasant experience. Everything was handled with such speed and efficiency.

There seems ti be a gap between information provided online and the team supporting behind the scenes. Would be good if the two better corolate with each other.

The support team were able to resolve concerns quickly and adapt the loan to match what was requested with the original online application.

The applying was easy, the approval was easy- though conditional. When I asked for services they advertise- I was told too late and signed out of portal.
I recommend shopping around. Especially if you have any form of disability. Sure I got reasonable finance and insurance. But overall. Not the company I’d ever use again.

No. That’s not even close to how it happened and yes I was locked out of portal for hours. When I was able to get in- it was like I’d not signed in ever. I was given one choice that didn’t fulfil my requirements (I sent about 8 vehicles I’d have preferred- cheaper too). but I was left little choice (one) Then it cost me over $300 to retrieve the vehicle. Or I could have caught a bus as offered (as opposed to delivery of vehicle) - my disablilty doesn’t allow for public transport. All I received were excuses and blame. As I said. Finance was granted quickly and I appreciated that. But not for anything I was able to use immediate retrieve. And it came with an empty tank of gas. 7 hours travel. $300 fuel to retrieve.
Being a beneficiary and disabled this has left me with debt just to accept finance. If I had to do it again. I’d not do it through this company.

I advised that collection would be difficult. Was not advised that your ‘car delivery’ was conditional on whether I purchased outside your suppliers. Had no idea of anything- also said to my contacts person at carpow. No advising. A great deal of silence. No suggestion that the wonderful services you offer are only if I buy a car through your yards- not even advised that self contained vehicles were available. But I really appreciate the contact NOW when it’s visible to others.
Simply put- I was not satisfied. I was ignored. I was told it was my fault.
When I asked or indicated issues. No advising. So thank you for the finance. But again. Disappointed you’re still making excuses instead of preventing same issues in the future.

Hannah and the team did an amazing job on getting me approved and paid out all on the same day! Everything moved so fast and communication was fantastic! Still is even when I have some silly little question about my loan! Thankyou so much Hannah and CarPow team ❤️

Right from the start car pow has been great I thought I wouldn't get approved cause of bad credit but the team told me you be surprised.

Easy to apply online. Great people to deal with. Great communication through out the process.

Loved the portal to be able to check on the progress of the application and being able to upload documents there.
