Had our bedroom carpet fitted today and we are very pleased with the service we received from Gary and his team from start to finish, they were helpful and understanding and we are delighted with the final result, will definitely use them again.

Gary and his team have been excellent throughout and very accomodating with precise timings for fitting and going above and beyond throughout me being difficult! will defininitely use again.

Great service, wonderful people, recommended

Gary was first class. Superb customer service and nothing was too much problem. They came and measured same day and the fitting was within a couple of days. Would highly recommend.

Gary was friendly and helpful . Ordered in December and fitted by Christmas . Supper speedy service . Kept in touch from us ordering to carpet being fitted .

What went wrong
I arranged for a home visit to measure up my lounge and hallway the man said for both plus fitting £576.00 i agree to the price he asked were did i got there details from Facebook i said and that was that, i then go to shop left £300.00 of lino was given a receipt of money paid and balance left.
Around 3 days after i had to cancel due to ill health this is the best part never mentioned 30% came in to conversation yes cancelled fee ok not bad but 30% of the whole bill so i was only given back out of my money i payed was £129.00
Asked why he angry told me about the cancellation fee it was on there website of which he knew i never got information from.he did not mention cancel fee at my measuring home and my receipt never had cancelled fee
How can he keep so much money from my deposit
As a disabled customer iv lost out and not the company very disappointed with them so be warned about them

We received great service from this company from measuring the kitchen, to helping us choose the right flooring and the fitters finishing the job. They were all polite, helpful and attentive. The fitters worked quickly and took all our old lino away with them. We are very happy to recommend this company!

Gourav and his team did the great job. Installer did their job nice and clean and took the old carpet away. Very good value for the money highly recommended

Gary and his installers did a great job. They were able to install my carpet quickly, and remove and dispose of the old laminate flooring for me as well. Excellent value for money. Very happy with the service.

Great and fast service. We have decided to change our carpets on Monday, by Thursday afternoon they were not only there but also fitted.
